| Objective: This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingcuo Powder in the treatment of mild and moderate acne.In order to explore the mechanism of acne treatment,it provides a new method and theoretical basis for the treatment of acne. Methods: 100 patients with acne were divided into treatment group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.Treatment group: Qingcuosan: Mainly consisted of almonds 10,frankincense 3,white peony 4,rhubarb 2,white peony root 5,andrographolide 10,Bingpian 1,Salvia 8,Baiji 5 and other components.(From the Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital Preparation Room). How to use: Before cleansing, firstly clean the facial skin, gently dry it,then take 8g Qingchao Powder and mix it with appropriate amount of boiling water to make a paste. After warming, apply it evenly on the face.Apply for 20 minutes. After the dressing is completed, rinse with warm water.Net facial, once daily. It is forbidden to use other acne treatment medicines and cosmetics during treatment.Control group: clean face with warm water before treatment, gently dry and apply appropriate amount of adapalene gel to the affected area once a night.Zhu Huanzhe during the treatment of light diet, regular routine,to maintain a comfortable mood;pay attention to clean, avoid squeezing the diseased parts.Observe and record the number of pimples and pustules before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions after treatment, and fill in the score table. Results: 1.Clinical efficacy: 50 patients in the treatment group,12 patients were clinically cured,23 patients were markedly effective,10 patients were effective,5 patients were ineffective, and the effective rate was 90%;50 patients in the control group were clinically cured in 9 patients, and 25 patients were markedly effective.Cases, invalid 6 cases,88% efficiency. The test was no statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Efficacy of symptoms: 50 patients in the treatment group,14 cases were clinically cured,25 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 90%;50 cases in the control group,9 cases were clinically cured, and 15 cases were markedly effective.15 Cases,11 cases were ineffective, with an effective rate of 78%;after testing, there were significant differences, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Changes in the number of papules and pustules: After treatment, the number of papules in the treatment group and the control group decreased, and there was a significant difference between before and after the group(P<0.01).The number of pimples in the treatment group after the treatment was smaller than that in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the number of papules between groups(P<0.01).The number of pustules in both treatment and control groups decreased, and there was a significant difference between groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the number of pustules in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Symptoms and symptom scores changed: Symptom scores decreased in the treatment group and the control group, and there was a significant difference in the group(P<0.01);there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.280>0.05).).Symptom scores in the treatment group and the control group were reduced, there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.01).The symptom scores in the treatment group after the treatment were less than the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Adverse reactions: The proportion of adverse reactions in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The adverse reaction scores of the two groups were compared. The adverse reaction scores in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group and there were significant differences. The difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion: Qingcuo Powder has a significant effect on the treatment of mild and moderate acne, and its therapeutic effect is comparable to that of adapalene gel.The symptomatic improvement effect is better than that of adapalene gel.Qingcuo Powder improves pimples and pustules. The degree is better than adapalene gel;its mechanism of action is not yet clear, may be related to the inhibition of sebaceous gland secretion,anti-inflammatory,anti-keratinization;Qingcuo powder is safe for acne, and is more irritating to skin than adapalene gel.Small, rarely cause adverse reactions such as local burning, redness, dryness, scaling, etc.,and minor adverse reactions. |
