Objective:To analysis the status and relationship of patients with bladder cancer rumination, resilience and posttraumatic growth,to explore the influence factors of bladder cancer patients with posttraumatic growth, which will provide a scientific basis for improving bladder cancer patients with posttraumatic growth. Methods:This study used in patients with bladder cancer social demographic characteristics questionnaire, simplified Chinese Event Related rumination meditation questionnaire(Chinese Version of the Event Related behind the Inventory,ERRI-C),Resilience Scale(Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,CD-RISC),Posttraumatic Growth Scale(Posttraumatic Growth Inventor,PTGI),to conduct a questionnaire survey to Postoperative bladder cancer with facilitate sampling A total of 320 questionnaires were issued and 300 copies were recovered,of which 291 copies were valid, finishing a good data with statistics software SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis, respectively, usinga test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression and statistical methods.Results:(1)Patients with bladder cancer rumination total score is(22.95 ± 0.49)points(The theoretical value is 30),the average score(1.15±0.02),in the study, the rumination of bladder cancer patients was at a low level,in the age, working conditions, cultural degree, the main caregivers, income factors,self-care in daily life, knowledge of disease have significant difference(P<0.05).(2)The total resilience of patients with bladder cancer was(65.90± 0.77)(The theoretical value is 50),with an average score(2.64 ± 0.03)In this study, the resilience of bladder cancer patients has a moderate level,in age, place of residence, work status, cultural level, the main caregivers, economic income, medical treatment charge of payment,self-care in daily life, knowledge of disease factors have significant difference(P<0.05).(3)The total posttraumatic growth bladder cancer score for(61.43 ± 0.80)(The theoretical value is 50),the average score(3.07 ± 0.04),bladder cancer patients with posttraumatic growth in the medium level,in the age, place of residence, work status, cultural degree, economic income, medical expenses payment self-care in daily life, knowledge of disease factors have significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Analysi spatients with bladder cancer the relationship between rumination, resilience and posttraumatic growth, concluded that the rumination and there was a positive correlation between posttraumatic growth(r = 0.274,P<0.01),resilience and posttraumatic growth were positively correlation(r = 0.767,P<0.01),and rumination, resilience was positively correlation(r = 0.223,P<0.01).(5)Each factors in the multivariate linear regression analysis after the cultural degree, economic income, rumination and resilience factors for bladder cancer patients with posttraumatic growth important influencing factors,of which cultural degree, rumination and resilience of posttraumatic growth in patients with bladder cancer.Conclusions:(1)In this study, the ruminant meditation level of postoperative bladder cancer patients was low;both the level of resilience and post-traumatic growth are at a moderate level.(2)In this study, there was a correlation between rumination, resilience and posttraumatic growth after bladder cancer surgery, rumination, resilience were positively correlated with posttraumatic growth(r=0.274,P<0.01;r=0.767,P<0.01),rumination and resilience were also positively correlated(r=0.223,P<0.01).(3)In this study, the influences factors of bladder cancer patients’ posttraumatic growth includ cultural degree, economic income, rumination, resilience, cultural degree of predictability is the largest, followed by,resilience, rumination, economic income.
