Clinical Study On Treatment Of Thyroid Nodules With Spleen Deficiency And Stasis By Jianpi Huayu Recipe

Objective:To explore the understanding of thyroid nodules in traditional Chinese medicine,to use the principle of Jianpi Huayu recipe in the treatment of patients with thyroid nodules with spleen deficiency and sputum stasis,and to check the changes in the maximal diameter,clinical symptoms,thyroid function,liver and kidney function of thyroid nodules.Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jianpi Huayu Decoction,explore its mechanism of action,and provide reliable basis and effective prescription for TCM treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods:Using a randomized controlled study method,60 patients with thyroid nodules consistent with spleen deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the control group,30 patients were treated with levothyroxine tablets(You Jiale),and 30 patients in the treatment group were given Jianpi Huayu Decoction.Both groups received 4 courses of treatment for 4 weeks,and a total of 3 courses were observed.Observed before and after treatment two groups of clinical symptoms and signs,the maximum diameter of nodules,liver and kidney function,thyroid function and other efficacy and safety indicators.Results:By statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in the basic data such as sex,age,and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).① In terms of total efficiency:30 cases in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 86.66%.The control group 30 cases,the total effective rate of 70.00%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).② In the aspect of clinical manifestations of TCM:The patients in the treatment group had a certain improvement after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the difference was statistically significant.Between groups,the treatment group’s improvement in the clinical manifestations of TCM was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).③ In the reduction of the maximal diameter of thyroid nodules:the treatment group was significantly reduced after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the difference was statistically significant.Between groups,the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).④ Safety aspects:During the study period,the two groups had normal blood,urine,feces,and routine tests before and after treatment of liver and kidney function,and no gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting occurred during the treatment,and the rash did not occur.,allergies and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:Preliminary studies have shown that Jianpi Huayu Recipe is effective in treating thyroid nodules,effectively improving the clinical symptoms of patients,and reducing the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules.The drug is safe and effective and worthy of promotion.
