Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect and clinical by comparing indices before and after safety of Jianpi Yiwei in the treatment of dyspepsia by comparing pre-and post-treatment indications and diagnosing dyspepsia Jianpi YiweMethods:TO divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,30-case in each group was treated The IOC announced(spleen deficiency and type of qi stagnation)were randomly on Sunday that the postponement of the Summer Games is to be an option and has given itself patients with 60-functional dyspepsia four weeks to make a decision.with Jianpi Yiwei Decoction and the control group with meichang’an bacterial enteric Yin and Yang coated capsule,treatment during treatment,patients should be monitored and recorded for associated treatment effects and symptoms before and after treatmen and make a comparative analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate going forward was into symptoms such as abdominal from now on discomfort,abdominal distention,belching,constipation,anorexia and poor stool;physical fatigue,we can consider that fatigue,chest tightness and other symptoms;The treatment of these two groups was good,the overall effective treatment rate of the treatment group was 95.06%,the total effective control rate was 81.23%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.2.2.Better improvement in nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain,dysentery and other major symptoms was observed in patients using Jianpi Yiwe decoction compared to patients taking meichang;at the same time,gastrointestinal symptoms(e.g.abdominal distension,upper abdominal pain,belching,constipation,etc.),The treatment group was significantly better than the control group;while improvement in nausea,vomiting,dysentery and other gastrointestinal symptoms was observed;patients in both groups recovered well and showed an equivalent therapeutic effect.3.There were no side effects in both groups.4.Two treatment groups can significantly improve the score of functional dyspepsia symptoms and the quality of life of the patient and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(splenic asthenia an d type of qi stagnation),no adverse effects are seen in the treatment group and in the control medicinal products;the effect of Jianpi Yiwei decoction is better than the Bacillus subtilis combined live bacterial enterocated capsules(meichang’an),so this is highly recommended.
