Objective:By asking the patients’ subjective feelings Preoperative and postoperative situation.22 nasal sinus outcome tests(sino-nasal outcome test-22,snot-22 scale)and visual analogue scale(vas scale)were used to evaluate the quality of life Preoperative and postoperative surgery of eosinophilic,non-eosinophilic and chronic rhinosinusitis(without nasal polyps),which provided reference for CRS patients in medication and surgery. Methods:From October 2016 to may 2017,150 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were selected,The snot-22 scale and vas scale were inquired carefully before operation, followed up regularly after operation, and the snot-22 scale was scored again at 6-9 months after operation.Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were selected according to the criteria of the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.according to the content of snot-22 scale(such as nasal obstruction, runny nose, hypoesthesia, etc.)and vas scale, five of the most serious symptoms were selected.Ask the patient about current history, past history, and concomitant diseases(asthma, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction).Exclude the possible effects of the disease on the outcome.Nasal endoscopy, bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test, nasal allergen test and other preoperative routine examination were performed for each patient.all patients were treated by surgery.the results of pathological examination were further divided into group with nasal polyps and group without nasal polyps(CRSsNPs group).the nasal polyps were divided into eosinophilic nasal polyps(ECRSwNPs group)and non-eosinophilic nasal polyps(NECRSwNPs group)according to the degree of eosinophilic infiltration.Results:1).There was no statistical difference in preoperative and postoperative VAS scores among the three groups of patients, age, onset time, and ethnic groups.2).Follow-up 6-9 months The three groups had different postoperative outcomes. The NECRSwNPs group had the highest postoperative efficacy(88.9%),the ECRSwNPs group had the lowest postoperative response(71.7%),and the group with no nasal polyps was 83.1%.Not statistically significant.3).The preoperative and postoperative VAS scores and total SNOT-22 scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).4).There was no significant difference in preoperative and postoperative SNOT-22 scores between groups(P>0.05).5).The five major symptoms of CRS patients before treatment were nasal congestion, runny nose, need to blow nose, sticky nose, and sneezing.Conclusion:1).Most of the symptoms of CRS patients can be resolved, but the ECRSwNPs group compared with the other two groups(NECRSwNPs group and CRSsNPs group),postoperative prognosis is poor.
