Clinical Research On The Effectiveness Of Bushen Zhichan Anshen Decoction Cure For Sleep Disorders In Parkinson’s Disease

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe clinical curative effect of Bushen Zhichan Anshen Decoction in the treatment of sleep disorders in Parkinson’s disease with the Syndrome of Liver-Kidney Yin deficiency,we evaluated the clinical effectiveness and safety of themethod.Methods:60 patients with PD sleep disorders treated in our Hospital outpatient or in hospitalization who met the diagnostic criteria from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled as study objects,but 2 cases were removed,there were 58 cases for clinical research finally.They were divided into control group 29 cases and treatment group 29 cases randomly.The two group maintain anti Parkinson’s disease drug,the control group take placebo,the treatment group was treated with Bushen Zhichan Anshen Decoction.14 days a course of treatment,observation of 28 days.UPDRS-III、PQSI、PDSS、ESS and TESS score were compared before and after treatment for 14 days,28 days to observe the data difference and statistical analysis between the two groups,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Zhichan Anshen Decoction in the treatment of sleep disorders in Parkinson’s disease.Results:(1)The score in the PDSS scale,The value of the treatment group was improved in varying degrees after treatment for 14 days and 28 days,P value<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;And comparison between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),so there was statistical significance between them.Thus the PDSS score of the treatment group was greatly improved treatment,and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group.(2)The PQSI scale score and ESS scale scores were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01)).Within the two group P value<0.05,with significant difference.(3)The UPDRS-III scale was decreased after treatment 28 days,P value<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups P value<0.05,with statistical significance.(4)The total effective rate of sleep disorders in Parkinson’s disease in TCMSS syndromes was 86.2% and 17.24% in control group after 28 days of treatment,There was statistical significance(P<0.05)in comparing the two groups.(5)Clinical efficacy,total efficacy rate was 76.67% in treatment group and 14.12% in control group after 28 days of treatment.There was statistical significance(P<0.05)in comparing the two groups.Conclusion:PDSS,PQSI and TCM syndrome score of insomnia patients of sleep disorders in Parkinson’s disease with the Syndrome of Liver-Kidney Yin deficiency can be significantly improved by Bushen Zhichan Anshen Decoction,Improving the quality of sleep Significantly,Prolonging the sleep time of the patients,Improving the daily life ability of the patients.Bushen Zhichan Anshen Decoction clinical effect is accurate,it has good safety and no toxic side effect.
