Clinical Observations On Therapeutic Effect By Zishen Yigan Anshen Decoction On Anxiety Of Parkinson’s Disease With The Syndrome Of Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective:The subject aimed to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zishen Yigan Anshen Decoction in the treatment of Anxiety patients with Parkinson’s disease of the Syndrome of Liver-Kidney Yin deficiency.Methods:This study was selected the 60 patients were treated in outpatients or inpatients of Neurology Department of our hospital,from 1 December 2017 to 1 January 2019,besides the syndrome of Parkinson’s disease with Anxiety is Liver-Kidney Yin deficiency.The patients were numbered by visiting and hospitalization order,randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.Both groups maintained their basic drugs(the original anti-parkinson’s treatment,blood pressure and blood glucose lowering treatment,combined with other underlying diseases treatment)after enrollment.The control group was given paroxetine hydrochloride tablets20 mg once a day after breakfast.The treatment group on the basis of the control group was added with Zishen Yigan Anshen decoction,1 dose per day,diluted with 400 ml hot water after breakfast and dinner.The course of treatment is 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome integral scale,UPDRS,HAMA,BAI and safety indicators(three major routine,liver and kidney function,coagulation function,electrocardiogram)were recorded respectively,during pre-treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.Moreover,to observe and statistical analysis the difference of data between the two groups andComprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Zishen Yigan Anshen Decoction in the treatment of patients with PDA.Results:(1)In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,After 8 weeks of treatment with intervention measures,compared with pre-treatment,the TCM syndromes’ efficacy of the two groups was improved correspondingly,after 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29% and65.51% of the control group,showing a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)The scale scores of HAMA,BAI,UPDRS and TCM syndrome points: after4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,scores of HAMA,BAI,UPDRS and TCM syndrome points in the treatment group and the control group were all decreased to different degrees(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMA,BAI and UPDRS scores and TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).(3)Safety evaluation:There were no significant changes in the observed safety indexes before and after treatment for 8 weeks in the two groups,and no statistically significant differences were found between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusions: Zishen Yigan Anshen Decoction combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets for the treatment of PDA patients with liver-kidney Yin deficiency can significantly improve the HAMA,BAI,UPDRS and TCM syndromes score of the patients,and obviously improve the daily life ability of the patients.The clinical efficacy is accurate,and the safety is good,and there are no toxic and side effects.
