| Objective: Observe the changes of nailfold microcirculation in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, study the effects of astragalus membranaceus on the nailfold microcirculation and its mechanism of treatment. Then provide theoretical and clinical evidence for the new treatment methods to improve microcirculation dysfunction. Methods: 30 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In addition,15 volunteers were set up as a healthy control group. The control group was treated with conventional hormone therapy(prednisone + methotrexate),and the experimental group was added with astragalus membranaceus injection. Before the treatment, the nailfold microcirculation in SLE patients were measured by nailfold microcirculation detector. In the fourth week after treatment, the nailfold microcirculation in the experimental group and the control group were retested. In the test process,we collected all the images and recorded the indicators and calculated its form integral, flow state integral, loop cycle integral and total microcirculation integral. We also analyzed the adverse reactions of patients in the treatment process. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software. Results: 1.Before the treatment, the nailfold microcirculation integrals of the experimental group and the control group were(7.04±1.80)and(7.34±1.37),compared with the healthy group(3.06±1.48),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.After 4 weeks, compared with before treatment, the nailfold microcirculation integrals in the experimental group(4.21±0.35)was lower than before treatment(7.04±1.80),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The nailfold microcirculation integrals in the control group(5.95 ±1.48)was lower than that before the treatment(7.34 ±1.37),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between the experimental group and the control group, the integrals in the experimental group(4.21± 0.35)was lower than that in the control group(5.95 ± 1.48),the difference was also statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group during the treatment, the experimental group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.The nailfold microcirculation integrals in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were higher than those in healthy people, and the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus had the dysfunction of nailfold microcirculation.2.Compared with the before treatment and after treatment, the nailfold microcirculation integrals of the patients in the experimental group and the control group reduced, and the dysfunction of nailfold microcirculation in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus reduced with the improvement of the disease.3.After treatment, comparison between the experimental group and the control group, astragalus membranaceus can improve the nailfold microcirculation in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, and astragalus membranaceus has certain therapeutic effect on microcirculation dysfunction in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. |
