| ObjectiveTo study the old age femoral intertrochanteric fractures in artificial femoral head replacement femoral neck anteversion size and postoperative hip joint function,dislocation of the hip Angle rate and the relationship between the prognosis and precise femoral neck anteversion measurement model is set up,for the artificial hip joint prosthesis replacement treatment disease and basic theory research provides the basis.Materials and methodsA retrospective analysis of huaihe hospital of henan university in May 2015 in December 2016 with bone cement type bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for senile intertrochanteric fresh unstable fractures of 98 patients clinical and follow-up data.Analysis and research at home and abroad in the artificial femoral head replacement femoral neck anteversion judgment method,supported by basic theory,scientifically rigorous research methods as the guiding ideology,with easy operation,shorten the operation time,without increasing the trauma patients with human factors for the principle,in order to reduce subjective factors in the femoral neck anteversion size error,for the purpose of and closely combined with our clinical application status of developing artificial femoral head replacement designed to accurately measure femoral neck anteversion size femoral ruler gauge.According to the measurement values of the femoral head of the femoral head,the measurement value was divided into three groups according to the intraoperative measurement values: The anterior inclination of the femoral neck was 10 ° ~ 15 °(31 cases in group A);The anterior inclination of the femoral neck was 10 ° ~ 15 °(38 cases in group B);The anterior inclination of the femoral neck was 20 ° ~ 25 °(29 cases in group C);Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for 3 groups of clinical data and follow-up results in 3 months,6 months,12 months,18 months after surgery Harris score of hip joint function,hip dislocation rate and hip varus deformity were analysed.Results(1)Group B and group C were significantly better than group A(P<0.05)in the three groups of patients 3 months,6 months,12 months and 18 months after surgery.There was no significant difference between group B and group C(P <0.05).(2)In the 3 groups of patients,the dislocation rate of the hip joint was tested by chi-square in 3 months,6 months,12 months and 18 months,the results show that the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 39.496,P = 0.000<0.05),3 groups of patients with hip dislocation rate is: group A > B group> C group.Conclusion(1)The Angle meter gauge type in senile unstable intertrochanteric fracture line can accurate judgment in artificial femoral head replacement femoral neck anteversion size,Angle meter gauge operation is simple,fast,strong practicability,shorten the operation time,reduce the human error;(2)The intertrochanteric fracture line in artificial femoral head replacement femoral neck anteversion size fixed at 20 °~25 °,hip function best,hip dislocation rate is lowest. |
