Objective: to study the follicle output rate(FORT)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in the process of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH),evaluating and predicting ovarian reactivity correlation of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)pregnancy outcome in terms of value,so as to help patients with polycystic ovary syndrome undergoing IVF-ET assisted reproduction can get a better pregnancy outcomes,and reduce complications.Methods: collected in January 2015-June 2016 in guilin medical college affiliated hospital reproductive center in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)assisted reproduction treatment of 80 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)as the experimental group,at the same time,choose the same period of IVF-ET assisted reproduction treatment patients 80 cases as control group,analyze and compare the difference between the two groups of clinical data.Follicle output rate(FORT)calculation for the day of HCG mature follicle number 16-22 mm(PFC)and reach the standard falling tone after designed and use the Gn before the start of 3 to 10 mm base sinus follicle number(AFC)ratio,using traditional FORT threshold PCOS group and the control group were divided into low FORT worth group(< 42%),FORT worth group(42% 58%),and high FORT values group(> 58%),compared the PCOS group and control group according to the different values of FORT after the grouping of the differences between various clinical indicators.Results:(1)The basis of PCOS patients body mass index,basics luteinizing hormone,Gonadotrophin total number of days,the total dose of Gonadotrophin,the starting dose of Gonadotrophin,HCG day estradiol values and the retrieved oocytes were significantly higher than that of control group,the total differences statistically significant;(2)The number of basal antral follicle count(AFC)and preovulatory follicle count(PFC)and the high quality embryo obtained rate of the patients in the PCOS group were significantly higher than that in the control group.The normal fertilization rates of the control group was significantly higher than that in the PCOS group.The clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups was not statistically significant;(3)The basal antral follicle count(AFC)of the lower FORT value group in the PCOS group and the control group was significantly higher than that in the high FORT value group and the middle FORT value group,but in the two groups of high FORT value group,preovulatory follicle count and total retrieved oocytes were significantly higher than that in the middle FORT value group and the low FORT value group,and the difference was statistically significant.(4)In the PCOS group,the normal fertilization rates,the high quality embryo obtained rate and the clinical pregnancy rate were all higher than the high FORT value group and the low FORT value group,and the difference was statistically significant.(5)In the control group,normal fertilization rate,high quality embryo embryo obtained rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the high FORT were higher than that in the middle FORT value group and the low FORT value group,and the difference was statistically significant.(6)The FORT value of PCOS group and control group was negatively correlated with the basal antral follicle count(AFC).The FORT value is positively correlated with the number of total retrieved oocytes.(7)Preovulatory follicle count was significantly higher in PCOS group than in non-pregnant group.The FORT value of the pregnant group in the control group was significantly higher than that in the non-pregnant group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)the follicle output rate(FORT)can be used as an independent index prediction of the reactivity of ovary to exogenous Gonadotrophin.High FORT group of patients with PCOS patients and the control group in the process of COH acquire the best reactivity of exogenous Gonadotrophin.(2)the follicular output rate(FORT)can be used as an indicator to predict the outcome of IVF-ET pregnancy in PCOS patients,and the patients with moderate FORT value can obtain a better pregnancy outcome.Non-pcos patients with high FORT value can obtain a better pregnancy outcome.
