A book entitled ’The subtle of The four diagnostic methods of TCM’ said:"Four kinds of diagnostic methods is Qihuang first priority,and the inspection is particularly important."[44]Inspection is the earliest diagnosis and development of four,is listed as the first four,the most intuitive and convenient for vision.Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine inspection as early as in the "Huang-di Nei-jing" have been discussed,such as looking at God,shape,complexion,facial features etc.The human body forms an organic whole through the communication relationship of the meridian system,which belongs to the Zang Fu organs and the external collaterals in the limb joint[3],which makes the viscera and the body of the five organs,the five bodies,the nine orifices and the four limbs.n the "Neijing","there are all the people,must be all outside","surmise outside the Department","see slightly too,use not almost" and other theories of instillation,through Chinese medicine to guide the diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic diseases.In this paper,we first observe the abnormal changes of women’s look and form,and then observe the local changes of facial features,facial organs,breast organs,vulva,menstruation,and vaginal discharge.By looking at the shape and color of the woman,to observe the prosperity and decline of his viscera,and to infer the viscera of the disease,such as "the thickness of the skin and the density of the skin,the strength of the lung," and "the strength and weakness of the muscles to speculate on the strength of the spleen and stomach".Five colors belong to five zang organs.According to the five colors of the woman’s face,the five colors are changed to inspect the disease.In the gynecologic emergency,it is very important to look at the woman’s spirit,face and tongue,and many doctors in the past dynasties look at the face of the woman and the change of the tongue color to judge the disease and the life and death.
