With the further development of the reform of the new medical and health system in China,and the return of the "public welfare" attribute of the public hospitals,the traditional"market-oriented" business model of public hospitals is no longer applicable.The public hospital management method which was formed under past conditions is facing major changes,the host governments and host hospital of the public hospitals need to deep thinking about how to adapt to the change of the new health care reform policy,especially the change of the hospital salary system can bring what kind of impact to hospital operation,and carding these problems,find out the strategies to solve the problem,promote the implementation of the new medical reform policy.In this article,the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,and the hospital related medical staff on site access method is applied.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the status and satisfaction of performance management salary management in D center hospital,and statistical analysis was conducted.Meanwhile,on-site interviews were conducted with relevant medical personnel of D center hospital.From the comprehensive survey,it is found that the low pay level of medical workers in D center hospital affects the implementation effect of the new "medical reform" policy to some extent;The low level of hospital pay is closely related to the pressure of hospital income source,and it can lead to the loss of medical staff.Hospital in different positions and levels of the pay gap is not reasonable,young staff,especially to master practical technical personnel salary structure and volume lead to unreasonable personnel flow greater than frequency.These problems influence the sustainable development of the hospital.The formalized hospital performance appraisal method has a low incentive effect on hospital departments and employees.Through combing study of these problems,analyze the analysis,to provide reference for the government and hospital to formulate effective compensation management countermeasures,it will promote public hospitals to fully implement the policies of the central government to solve the "difficult and expensive medical treatment" of ordinary people.What is more,it can provide useful reference for public hospital performance management pay reform.
