| In recent years,the Ministry of education has promulgated a series of educational system reform programs,and the physical education curriculum has also been constantly valued.College physical education students are the combination of mental labor and physical labor.During the period of school,it is not only to study the theory course,but also to study the professional courses.It is the main disseminator of our sports professional knowledge,technical skills and health knowledge in the future,but also the important trainer of the sports reserve in our country.Because of the special nature of physical education,physical education students in Colleges and universities are prone to sports injuries in the course of sports,and they will affect the teachers’ normal teaching and training,as well as the participation of the students’ sports competitions in different degrees,and the occurrence of sports injury will seriously affect the development of the students’ physical and mental health..In view of this,this paper takes the sports major students of Liaoning Normal University as an example to analyze the case of sports injuries,and try to find out the breakthroughs that control the frequent damage of sports injuries,and to find out the influence factors of the cognition and prevention strategies of the students’ sports injury,and reduce the sports injury as much as possible.Happen。This study draws the following conclusions:1.There are more males and fewer females in Physical Education Majors in Liaoning Normal University.With the main health weight,the number of each grade is not very different,the distribution of each major is relatively balanced,mainly with three level athletes.The special distribution is mainly in basketball,badminton,table tennis,tennis,track and field,aerobics,volleyball,Wushu,rhythmic gymnastics and football.2.Among the undergraduates of physical education major in Liaoning Normal University,the cognitive degree of sports injury knowledge is in a better state,and the proportion is close to 90%;there are significant differences in sex,grade two and grade three,and there are very significant differences in grade dimension.On the name of sports injury,it was in a better state,accounting for nearly 84%;there were significant differences in gender,grade,level two and level three athletes.In the aspect of sports injury causality,the overall situation is in a good state,accounting for nearly 83%;there are significant differences between the two and three athletes.In sports injury rehabilitation methods,the overall situation is relatively good,accounting for 70%;there are significant differences in grade,two and three athletes.In the relationship between sports injuries and teaching,the overall situation is relatively good,accounting for nearly 89%;there are significant differences in gender,level two and three athletes.3.Among the undergraduates of physical education of Liaoning Normal University in this study,the effect of strengthening physical training and sensitive training is the most important in preventing physical factors of sports injury.In terms of prevention of psychological factors,sports injury is the most effective way to exercise moderate excitement and learn to deal with injuries.For sports injury prevention exercises,factors such as preparation should be adequate and exercise load should be moderate.In terms of technical factors of sports injury prevention,it is necessary to skillfully practise technical movements,to standardize technical actions correctly,and to enhance self protective action exercises.To prevent other factors of sports injury,personal habits and habits should be scientific. |
