Objective:Mr.Li Jima proposed the Teayangin, the Taeeurmin, the Soyangin, and the Soeumin Sasang people according to the Five forms of people of Lingshu · Tongtian, and established the Sasang medicine.Sasang Medicine is based on the theory of Yin and Yang.It regards medicine as being confined to human beings as the concept of medicine, and the theory of organ constitution as the center. It includes the whole concept of Sasang,four-terminal theory,Sasang pathology and medical system of preventive care. The Sasang physical constitutions of the Sasang physicians have differences in body temperature of cold and hot, physical activity and static, circulation and stagnation of Qi-blood.Under different physiological environments and exercise patterns, different physiological and pathological states appear. The characteristics of the in vivo environment caused by the size of the Zang and Fu’ s site can be understood through the temperature changes of the sensitive meridian acupoints and the characteristics of peripheral nerve conduction(Peripheral nerve conduction study,PNCS),and the clinical efficacy can be improved by selecting the acupoints and stimulating parameters suitable for the constitution using the plasticity of the Sasang constitutions. In this study, the use of split-image detection of acupoint temperature, median nerve SNAP,and mathematical statistics were used to explore the characteristics of meridians and acupoints and the changes in peripheral nerve conduction parameters of the Sasang of Korean Medicinel.Acupoint temperature-neural conduction characteristics guide the clinical practice of acupuncture and acupuncture.Method:The laboratory room temperature is set at about 26 degrees and it is kept quiet. All subjects were informed of the experimental content before the experiment and signed informed consent. And to ensure that all subjects had no medical history of peripheral neuropathy and limb sensory dysfunction or disorders.①The 1070 healthy adult students currently studying at Yanbian University are regarded as samples and divided into two groups,70 in Group A(22 for men and 48 for women),aged 18 to 25 years(average 21.5 years old, infrared thermal image detection.A sample of 1000 patients(427 males and 573 females)in group B was used for nerve conduction PNAP testing and was aged 18 to 34 years(mean age 21.5 years).?First, fill in the Sasang discriminating quation table, then use Canon camera to photograph the front, side, and back of the subject as well as the front and face of the subject(4 in total),and invite 3 to 5 Sasang Korean medical experts. The composition of the Sasang discriminating team based on the above information to identify the subjects.③70 subjects took an Thermography(ATIR-M301 produced by Chongqing Weilian Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.)to detect back-shu points(Ganshu,Shenshu,Feishu,Pishu)and yuan-primary point(Taichong,Taixi,Taiyuan,Taibai).④1,000 subjects underwent neurotransmission PNAP(Portabook electromyography inducer produced by NICOLET,USA),and nerve conduction tests were performed at the same time and under the same conditions. The left and right median nerves of the subjects were measured for Compound Muscle Action Potential(CMAP)and F.wave.Results:Group A:①The temperature on the right side of the Feishu and Taixi points was higher than that on the left side(P<0.05);②The Taeeumin had a lower temperature at the left and right sides of the Shenshu(P<0.05);③The Taeeumin had less Soyangin feishu and Shenshou points at a lower temperature(P<0.05).Group B:①Theproximal area of the left side of the Taeeumin is less than Soeumin(P<0.05).The shortest latency of the F wave on the left side of the Taeeummin is delayed than Soyangin and Soeumin(P<0.05);The BP of the right side of the near wave amplitude is lower than that of the Soyangin(P<0.05).The shortest latancy of F waves on the right side of the Soyangin was shorter than that of the Taeeumin(P<0.05).②The both sides of right of distal latency and proximal latency of the of the Taeeumin are all longer than the left side(P<0.05),and the right side of the MCV is slower than the left side(P<0.05).③The distal latency of Soyangin is longer than that of the left side(P<0.05),the right side of the near wave amplitude BP was higher than the left side(P<0.05),and the right side of the area is wider than the left(P<0.05).④Soyangin has a distal latency, the right side is longer than the left side(P<0.05),and Soyangin has a slower right side of MCV than the left side(P<0.05).Conclusions:The correlation between the temperature of the Shu-acupoint and the median nerve:the temperature of the Taeeumin shushu is lower than that of the Soyangin and Soeumin, and the latency is less than that of the Soyangin and Soeumin.Characteristics, appearing in the meridian acupoints and characteristic changes of NCS;The temperature of Soyangin’s feishu points is higher than Taeeumin,The BP of the right side of the near end wave amplitude is higher than the Taeeumin, latency is shorter than the Taeeumin,it is closely related to its Physiological characteristics of "overabundance of Yang leading to deficiency of Yin";The right Feishu point and Taixi point of temperatures are higher than the left,Sasangin’s right side of distal latency is prolonger than the left side;the right distal latency,MCV slow down,It can be seen that the same type of Sasangin’s temperature corresponds to the detection result of the median nerve.
