Temperature Characteristic SEP-specif C Point Temperature Characteristic Among Sasang Constitutional

Objective:Based on the theory of Sasang constitutional medicine,to understand the relationship between the central nervous system of Sasang constitution and the meridian acupoints by discussing the characteristics of the sensitive meridians and acupoints,the stimulating amount of acupuncture and the temperature change of specific acupoints in Sasang people.From the point of view of nerve conduction function change,the characteristics of acupuncture induction and temperature change of Sasang physique acupoints are applied to guide the selection of stimulation parameters and acupoints in the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion in medicine,and to improve the clinical efficacy.Method:The temperature of the laboratory is controlled at about 26℃ and the humidity is moderate.All electrical appliances that affect the experimental instruments,including mobile phones,are turned off to keep the environment quiet in the experiment.1)The subjects were 696 healthy students of Yanbian University who had no history of neurological diseases and related diseases.There were 558 subjects in SEP experiment（253 males,average age 21.5 years）;138 subjects in acupoint temperature experiment（51 males,average age 25.6 years）;71 healthy volunteers from 138 volunteers in acupuncture experiment were selected,and the temperature changes before and after acupuncture were measured.2)Subjects of image discrimination experiment fill in the"Questionnaire for image discrimination",and take photos of the front,back,side,whole body and head and face of the subjects（4 pieces）with cameras under natural light.The " Questionnaire for image discrimination" and related information such as images are integrated,and the medical images of the subjects are discriminated by several image discrimination experts.3)The needle electrodes for SEP detection and recording electrodes were placed at the 6th cervical spinous process（cv6）and lateral head（30mm after Cz and 70mm outside Cz）according to the international 10-20 method.The standard electrodes were placed at Fz point,and the saddle stimulator was used for the stimulator.In the experiment,the subjects were kept in the supine position.The left and right median nerves were stimulated by electrical stimulation,and the SEP components were measured.The conduction time from the beginning of stimulation to each inducing component was recorded.According to the result of image recognition,image segmentation was carried out,and the nerve conduction data obtained were compared and analyzed.4)The temperature was recorded by medical infrared thermography.The temperature of acupoints（12 original acupoints and 12 combined acupoints,totaling 24 acupoints）was measured,and the changes of temperature were compared by image,and the statistical processing was carried out.5)Acupuncture experiment subjects are in a quiet and relaxed state.In order to sit in a positive position,four acupoints（Ququan,Yingu,Yinlingquan,Chize）are selected.Acupuncture experiments are conducted under the guidance of instructors.Acupoints should be selected accurately and the techniques must be correct.In the experiment,we also need to observe the characteristics of needling induction of the experimental subjects and record them.Combining with the previous experimental results,we can compare and analyze the temperature changes before and after needling.6)Statistical analysis was used to collect experimental data,and one way ANOVA,Independent-Samples T-Test and Chi-square-test were performed.When P<0.05 and P<0.01,the difference was significant.SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis system was selected.Result:SEP test results:1)The latency intervals of male left body:N₁3-0 N₂0-0 and N₁3-P N₂0-P in Shaoyang were longer than those in Taiyin（P<0.05）.2)Female right body latency:N₁3-0,N₁3-P,N₁3-E Shaoyang people prolonged than Taiyin people,N₂0-P,N₂0-E Shaoyang people less Yin people prolonged（P<0.05）.3)Female left body latency:N₁3-0,N₂0-0,N₂0-P Shaoyang people less Yin people prolonged,N₂0-0 Shaoyin people less Yin people prolonged,N₁3-P Shaoyang people,Taiyin people less Yin people prolonged（P<0.01）.Point temperature experiment results:1)The original temperature of male and female acupoints was higher in Taiyuan than in Taichong,Taixi than in Taibai,Hegu than in Jinggu,and Chongyang was higher in male and female than in Qiuxu（P<0.01）.2)Taiyin people with four-elephant constitution:Quchi of male and female combined acupoint is higher than Yanglingquan,Zusanli is higher than that of the Central Committee,and the female ruler is higher than that of Ququan（P<0.01）.Shaoyang people and Shaoyin people:male and female acupoint committees were higher than Zusanli（P<0.01）.The results of temperature changes before and after acupuncture:1)Yinlingquan Point:Men with left body Shaoyin were higher than before,Taiyin people and Shaoyang people before and after acupuncture（P<0.05）;men with right body Shaoyang people and Shaoyin people before and after acupuncture（P<0.05）.2)Yingu acupoint:The male Shaoyin and Shaoyang people（right body）before needling were higher than those after needling（P<0.05）;the female left Shaoyin people/right Shaoyang people before needling were higher than those after needling（P<0.05）.3)Ququan acupoint:Before and after acupuncture,the right Shaoyang and Shaoyin males were higher than those after acupuncture（P<0.05）;while the right Taiyin females were higher than those before acupuncture（P<0.05）.Experimental results of Acupuncture:The conductive sensation of male left-body ruler and Yinlingquan/right-body Ququan acupoints was higher in Shaoyang people than in Shaoyang people（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.SEP characteristics:The latency intervals of male left body N₁3 wave and N₂0 wave were Shaoyang people>Taiyin people,female left body N₁3 wave was Shaoyang people>Taiyin people>Shaoyin people,female N₂0 wave was Shaoyang people,Taiyin people>Shaoyin people（P<0.05）.The conduction of the central nervous system of the brain depends on the function of the cerebral cortex nerve fibers.According to the Internal Classic,"kidney is the main bone of the kidney,which generates marrow and connects to the brain",the kidney is mainly Shaoyin people,and the kidney is a small body of Shaoyang people.Compared with other three images,the latency of N₁3,N₂0 and latency interval of central nervous conduction time were significantly different（P<0.05）.2.Temperature characteristics of acupoints:Shaoyang people and Shaoyin people’s committees are higher than Zusanli,Taiyin people are higher than Zusanli（P>0.05）;Zang-fu meridians and collaterals belong to the relationship between the bladder meridians and kidneys,and the central point of bladder;spleen and stomach are superficial,stomach meridians belong to stomach meridians and spleen,Zusanli is the combination point of stomach meridians,so the temperature of Shaoyin people’ s committees committees with large kidney and small spleen is higher than that in Zusanli,while liver governs catharsis and helps spleen and stomach The temperature of Zusanli in Taiyin people with large liver mass is higher than that in Weizhong.3.Characteristics of point temperature changes before and after acupuncture:The temperature of Taiyin Renququan（right body）and Shaoyin Yinlingquan（left body）increased significantly after acupuncture（P<0.05）.Taiyin people have the characteristics of large liver organs.Ququan is the joint point of liver.Therefore,the temperature rise of Taiyin people after needling Ququan is more significant than other phenomena,reflecting the strong functional characteristics of large organs.Yinlingquan is the combination point of the spleen meridians.Sha.oyin people have the characteristics of small spleen.It is speculated that acupuncture stimulates the Qi of the spleen meridians and causes the temperature to rise.It is suggested that there is a correlation between acupuncture induction,temperature and constitution,meridians and visctra.4.Characteristics of Acupuncture Induction:The conduction sensation of male Shaoyin people with left body size and Yinlingquan/right body Ququan acupoint was higher than that of Shaoyang people（P<0.05）.Shaoyin human constitution is characterized by“blood seizes Qi and defeat,spleen deficiency is too cold".Chize is the joint point of lung,Yinling spring is the joint point of spleen,and the lung governs Qi and spleen governs transportation,Ququan is the joint point of liver.The spleen and liver belong to the middle Jiao,the liver governs Shuxie and assists spleen and stomach digestion.Acupuncture can regulate the body’ s self-stabilizing function,stimulate the meridians and veins of small organs,so there is a high sense of transmission of acupuncture.
