Research On TCM Syndromes And Pathogenesis Of HIV Infection Individuals/AIDS Patients In Guangxi

Objective: Association rule analysis was held to recognize the TCM syndromes and pathogenesis of AIDS in Guangxi from a survey conducted by HIV infection individuals/AIDS patients from multiple centers as a large sample data source.The action was aimed to understand TCM syndromes and pat-hogenesis of Guangxi AIDS,deepen the study of the prevention and tr-eatment of AIDS by TCM.Method: This study uses the frequency,frequency ratio,chi-square test statistic analysis method and association rules method to analyze the ge-neral information and common TCM symptoms of 156 cases HIV infec-tion individuals/AIDS patients in Guangxi,combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and warm disease theory to the operation results of syndrome pathogenesis and syndrome study analysis.The SP-SS 22.0 and the Microsoft SQL sever 2012 Apriori Algorithm were us-ed to deal with the clinical data.Result:1.156 cases of HIV infection individuals/AIDS patients were fulfilled the research standard,most of them are male,married person and asymptomatic patients,usually transmitted the disease by sexual intercourse.2.There are 86 TCM syndromes or signs to be counted in,for the top 10 of NO.1 survey with descending frequent are: feeling depressed,dreaminess,ache and soreness in lumber and knees,red tongue,dizzy,lack of strength,forgetful,easy to catch a cold,sleepless and fatigue;the top 10 of NO.2 survey with descending frequent are: feeling depressed,ache and soreness in lumber and knees,dreaminess,easy to catch a cold,red tongue,lack of strength,forgetful,dizzy,sore throat and sallow complexion;the top 10 of NO.3 survey with descending frequent are: ache and soreness in lumber and knees,feeling depressed,dreaminess,lack of strength,red tongue,easy to catch a cold,sore throat,forgetful,fatigue and baldness;the top 10 of NO.4 survey with descending frequent are: feeling depressed,dreaminess,ache and soreness in lumber and knees,red tongue,dreaminess,lack of strength,forgetful,joint pain,easy to catch a cold,baldness and sore throat.3.The chi-square test results of the top 10 symptoms and signs in the 4 surveys show that feeling depressed(p=0.127),dreaminess(p=0.918),ache and soreness in lumber and knees(p=0.000),red tongue(p=0.001),lack of strength(p=0.025),forgetful(p=0.472),easy to catch a cold(p=0.13).The results suggest that the difference between the feeling depressed,dreaminess,forgetful,easy to catch a cold are not statistically significant(p>0.05).The results suggest that the difference between the ache and soreness in lumber and knees,red tongue and lack of strength are statistically significant(p<0.05).4.156 cases of HIV infection individuals/AIDS patients were counted as the whole population for Association Rules calculation,setting confidence≥40%,support≥30%,importance ratio≥0.1.For NO.1 survey satisfying the parameter settings,setting of 2 itemsets brought 6816 association rules with 4463 frequent itemsets,while setting of 3 itemsets brought 275966 association rules with 121568 frequent itemsets.For NO.2 survey satisfying the parameter settings,setting of 2 itemsets brought 6942 association rules with 4465 frequent itemsets,while setting of 3 itemsets brought 280494 association rules with 122017 frequent itemsets.For NO.3 survey satisfying the parameter settings,setting of 2 itemsets brought 7038 association rules with 4603 frequent itemsets,while setting of 3 itemsets brought 290944 association rules with 131024 frequent itemsets.For NO.4 survey satisfying the parameter settings,setting of 2 itemsets brought 7030 association rules with 4680 frequent itemsets,while setting of 3 itemsets brought 296650 association rules with 135553 frequent itemsets.Conclusion:1.Through the study found that the TCM syndromes or signs of people living with HIV/AIDS patients in Guangxi main show are feeling depressed,soreness in lumber and knees,red tongue,lack of strength,forgetful and easy to catch a cold.2.The basic pathogenesis of Guangxi HIV/AIDS patients are the deficiency of Qi and blood.It can be summarized into four words: weakness,heat,stagnation and blood stasis.Weakness is the leading role of them,the remaining three comes up equally.The pathogenesis of Zang-Fu disease are the deficiency of the five internal organs,mainly with heart,liver and kidney deficiency.The symptom pathogenesis can be concluded as liver Qi stagnation,lung and spleen Qi deficiency,heart and liver blood deficiency and kidney Qi deficiency.3.This study shows that HIV/AIDS patients in Guangxi are in a stable condition.It is very necessary and feasible to improve the quality of life by intervening in traditional Chinese medicine for patients during the HIV asymptomatic phase and patients who with the control of the opportunistic infection of AIDS after the use of the antiviral drugs.4.The method of association rules is applicable in the study of TCM syndrome pathogenesis of AIDS,and is helpful to the research and development of objectification,standardization and standardization of TCM.
