| Objective:.Through a retrospective survey of HIV/AIDS patients in the Sixth People’s Hospital of the Autonomous Region from January to August 2018,in order to understand the factors related to HIV/AIDS acute kidney injury and epidemiological trends, clinical test indicators,It provides theoretical and therapeutic basis for extending the survival period and improving the renal survival rate of patients with acute renal injury infected with HIV in our region. It also provides the basis for the treatment acute kidney injury of HIV.Methods:Cross-sectional survey was carried out on HIV/AIDS patients in the Sixth People’s Hospital of the Autonomous Region were investigated retrospectively. The information of patients’ names, gender, nationality, marital status, urea nitrogen(BUN),proteinuria, creatinine(Scr),white blood cell count, cyctatin c,BMG,viral load, uric acid(UA),CD4 T lymphocyte and other indicators were collected.Investigation on TCM syndrome type of aids-related acute kidney injury.Using SPSS23.0 software to process and analyze data collected.Results:(1)Epidemiological characteristics: In 1933 HIV patients, the incidence of acute kidney injury was 4.30 %,with 75.35 % in men and 24.65 % in women. The age distribution of patients is between 19-82 years old, mostly between 18 and 44 years old,and the composition ratio is 70 %.83 cases of acute renal injury in HIV/AIDS patients were divided into 3 phases according to the diagnostic criteria. There were 29 patients in 1 phase,27 patients in 2 phases, and 27 patients in 3 phases. The composition ratio was 35 %,32.5 %,and 32.5 %,respectively. The 83 patients were divided into 3 groups by age: 42 in the 18-44 group,33 in the 45-59 group, and 8 in the 60-84 group. The composition ratio was 50.6 %,39.8 %,and 9.6 %.(2)The abnormal rates of urinary nitrogen, uric acid, cystatin C,and β2-microglobulin were 90.36 %,61.45 %,71.08 %,and 72.29 % respectively in 83 patients with acute renal injury of HIV/AIDS.(3)After multi-factor analysis,it was concluded that the degree of education, the use of Nuofuwei, tuberculosis, and the use of antimicrobial drugs were factors affecting HIV/AIDS acute renal injury(P values under 0.05).(4)CD4T lymphocyte count is statistically significant for acute renal injury.(5)The traditional Chinese medicine type of 83 patients with acute renal injury diagnosed with HIV/AIDS was mainly empirical. Conclusion: The incidence of acute renal injury in HIV/AIDS patients is 4.3 %,and the age is mostly concentrated between 18-44 years old, with a population composition ratio of 70 %;Acute kidney damage to HIV/AIDS patients with acute kidney injury(inhibition in c(cyctatin c),urea nitrogen(BUN),BMG,uric acid(UA)abnormal composition is 71.08%,90.36%,72.29%,61.45%.The results show that education, taking Nuofuwei, having tuberculosis, and using antimicrobial drugs are factors that affect HIV/AIDS acute renal injury.CD4 T lymphocyte count is statistically significant for patients with acute renal injury.Patients with acute renal injury of HIV are often seen with sputum fever, evil poison, blood stasis, and liver depression. |
