| Objective:Through the analysis of the types and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in incision of open heart surgery and the related factors of incision infection,it is helpful to further control postoperative infection.Methods:(1)A total of 56 patients undergoing open heart surgery were selected randomly. The skin swabs were used to collect the flora of the incision site.(2)Bacterial culture in medium and drug susceptibility testing.(3)The data is analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results:(1)The pre-incisional skin flora in patients mainly Gram-positive cocci, the vast majority of which are Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus.(2)At present, the cephalosporin-resistant rates commonly used in preoperative prophylaxis are generally high, basically over 50%.(3)Then we retrospectively studied these 56 patients,in which there were 2 patients with incisional infection, the infection rate was only 3.57%,in line with the current clinical general situation. Conclusion:According to our research results, the resistance of bacteria to the infection of surgical site infection is generally high, which may be related to the overdose of antibiotics in China. At present,as the basic research data for infection of incision wound infection associated bacteria are from after the operation has occurred, the results are often limited, and the aim of this research is the pre surgical incision site of the skin, even more bacterial species, covering cause respiratory tract and urinary tract infection pathogens, which can guide better clinical guidance on anti infective medication. |
