| Objective: To study the effect of natural taurine compound on intestinal flora of patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension based on the theory of intestinal liver axis.To further explore the effect mechanism of this prescription on portal hypertension of liver cirrhosis and provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of portal hypertension of cirrhosis. Methods: 60 cases collected from 2015 09 to 2017 07 months of treatment in liver diseases,Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of TCM affiliated outpatient or ward patients, and in accordance with the inclusion criteria.Randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 in the control group, according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium bifidus Capsule on the basis of routine western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with natural taurine. The treatment course was 60 days. The liver function(ALT,AST,ALB and TBIL),coagulation function(PT,PTA),serum endotoxin(ET),portal venous system color Doppler ultrasound(portal vein diameter, splenic vein diameter, spleen thickness)and intestinal flora changes and adverse reactions in two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)liver function: compared with before treatment, the two groups of patients had different degrees of improvement in ALT,AST,ALB and TBIL,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing TBIL and elevating ALB level, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)coagulation function: compared with before treatment, both groups had different degrees of improvement in PT and PTA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in alleviating PT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)serum endotoxin level: the results showed that the two groups of patients after treatment,ET all different degrees of improvement, compared with group before treatment, after statistics processing,in terms of ET was significant difference(P < 0.05).After treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing ET,and statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4)portal colour to exceed: compared with before treatment, two groups of patients with different degrees of improvement in both the thickness of the spleen, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group than the control group obviously(P < 0.05);Control group in portal vein diameter, the diameter of splenic vein, although has certain degree of decline, but there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),treatment group portal vein diameter, spleen vein diameter decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)the intestinal flora: two groups after treatment in patients with bifidobacterium, lactobacillus, bacteroides beneficial bacterium group were significantly improved, the intestinal condition pathogenic enterobacter and enterococcus significantly reduced,as compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group in improving beneficial bacteria(bifidobacterium, lactobacillus, enterobacter)were better than that in control group(P < 0.05),in reducing the conditional pathogenic bacteria group(enterobacter and enterococcus)is superior to control group, after statistics processing, significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: natural taurine compound on liver function, blood coagulation function in patients with liver cirrhosis portal hypertension door vein system can improve the state of high power cycle effect, also can reduce serum endotoxin level, have a regulating effect on the intestinal dysbacteriosis, easing the "secondary blow" to the liver; It can inhibit cirrhosis portal hypertension to some extent, and it has certain guiding significance for clinical treatment of liver disease. |
