Investigation And Analysis Of Related Factors Of TCM Constitution Of Elderly AIDS Patients In Guangxi

Objective:In this study,we collected and statistically analyzed the clinical data of elderly AIDS patients in Guangxi,discussed the constitution of AIDS patients and the factors that may affect the development of the disease,and expected to have a more objective understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment characteristics of the disease,to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of the disease in the future.Methods:According to the requirement of sample size in multivariate statistical analysis,200 cases should be included in this project.The method of cluster random sampling was used to collect cases from September 2015 to June 2016 from the traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Lu zhai County and the people’s Hospital of Lu zhai County,and 200 cases were selected according to the inclusion criteria.After a preliminary examination of the information of 200 cases,the medical physique characteristics were determined strictly in accordance with the standard of classification and judgment of Chinese medicine constitution,and the physical information was recorded at the same time.The CD4+T lymphocyte count before and after treatment was measured according to the uniform test standard.SPSS21.0statistical analysis software was selected for data processing.Single factor analysis used t test,chi square test and non parametric test.Logistic analysis was used to analyze factors that may be related to physique.Results:1.138 cases with mild constitution,accounting for the total sample size of69%;34 cases of qi deficiency,accounting for the total sample size of 17%;15 cases of Yang deficiency constitution,accounting for 7.5%of the total sample size;4 cases of damp heat constitution,the total sample size of 2%;4cases of yin deficiency constitution,accounting for the total sample size of2%;3 cases of blood stasis constitution,accounting for 1.5%of the total sample size;2 cases of qi stagnation constitution,accounting for the total sample size of 1%.(In 138 cases of mild constitution,30 cases had basic physical fitness,including 22 cases of qi deficiency,2 cases of qi depression,2 cases of Yang deficiency,2 cases of damp heat tendency and 2 cases of yin deficiency.15 cases of Yang deficiency constitution,of which 2 cases of qi deficiency tendency.4 cases of yin deficiency constitution,of which 1 cases of qi deficiency.)2.There are some differences in gender between different constitutions.The highest proportion of males is peace quality(72.18%)and Qi deficiency(15.79%).The proportion of women in high proportion is moderate quality(62.69%)and Qi deficiency(19.40%).The chi square test(?~2=6.321,P=0.388>0.05)that difference in gender distribution and physical types was not statistically significant.3.The distribution of Physique in different age groups has certain differences.In every age stage,the number of people with flat quality and Qi deficiency ranked the first,and the number of Yang deficiency decreased with the increase of age.The chi square test(?~2=10.410,P=0.580>0.05)that difference in age distribution and body type was not statistically significant.4.The gentleness of AIDS patients infected in less than 5 years accounted for 64.08%of the total number,accounting for more than 5 years and infected more than 74.23%of the total,with the extension of the infection time,the number and quality rise,chi square test(?~2=0.441,P=0.507>0.05)suggested that the difference of the gentleness of AIDS patients and infection free time statistical significance;Qi deficiency of the AIDS infection accounted for less than 5 years the total number of 21.36%,accounting for more than 5 years and more than 12.37%of the total number,with the extension of the infection time,the number of qi deficiency decreased,chi square test(?~2=2.037,P=0.154>0.05)suggested that the difference of qi deficiency in patients with AIDS infection and no time statistical significance.5.by TCM combined with HAART treatment:treatment of 110 cases of normal quality patients after CD4~+T cell count before treatment was significantly higher than the average rise,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.557,P=0.00);25 cases of pathological type in patients after treatment than before treatment the mean CD4~+T cell count up to a certain extent,the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.507,P=0.073).The mean value of CD4~+T cell count in patients with mild disease after treatment was higher than that in patients with CD4~+T,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.107,P=0.019);After HAART treatment:treatment of 28 cases of patients with normal quality after CD4~+T cell count mean than before treatment increased,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.976,P=0.00);37 cases of pathological type in patients after treatment than before treatment the mean CD4~+T cell count has increased,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.158,P=0.00).The mean value of CD4~+T cell count in patients with mild disease after treatment was slightly lower than that in biased patients.The mean value of CD4~+T cell count increased slightly,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.106,P=0.458).6.Logistic analysis showed that physique and treatment method had an effect on the therapeutic effect.Compared with plain matter,the effect of biased quality was poor(OR=0.41,95%CI:-1.637,-1.630).Conclusion:1.In Guangxi area,the constitution type of elderly AIDS patients is mainly of peace and quality,followed by qi deficiency.2.there is no correlation between the physical type of elderly AIDS patients in Guangxi area and age and sex.3.After two different treatments,there was a certain degree of reconstruction in the immunization of the AIDS patients in the mild group and the biased group.And the effect of the mild group was more significant than that of the biased mass group.
