| Objective 1.The correlation between the incidence of diabetes and the constitution classification of traditional Chinese medicine;2.2.The evaluation of the therapeutic effect of the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine on the common constitution types of diabetes.Methods 1.From November 2018 to November 2019,the patients were collected from Wuhu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,According to the diagnosis standard of diabetes mellitus in the guide of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM syndrome part)issued by the Chinese society of traditional Chinese medicine,302 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected in the report of WHO Expert Committee in 1999,which met the inclusion criteria.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate and study the patients’ constitution type of traditional Chinese medicine,measure their height,weight and calculate BMI,FPG,2h PG,Hb Alc,TC and TG were measured.2.302 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus conventional western medicine;the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Two months were observed as a period in both groups.3.30 cases were randomly selected from the experimental group and the control group for statistical analysis.Results 1.Among 303 patients,there were 102(33.7%)cases of peaceful quality,39(12.9%)cases of qi deficiency quality,14(4.6%)cases of Yang deficiency quality,58(19.1%)cases of yin deficiency quality,42(13.9%)cases of phlegm dampness quality,27(8.9%)cases of damp heat quality,13(4.6%)cases of blood stasis quality,7(2.3%)cases of qi depression quality and 0(0)cases of special quality.The common constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine are peace,yin deficiency and phlegm dampness.According to the chi square test,the distribution of constitution of different genders and traditional Chinese medicine was significantly different(P < 0.05)(P = 0.028);according to the chi square test,the quality of Yang deficiency was significantly different between genders,and there was no significant difference in other constitution types between genders.2.There was no significant difference in age between different groups of TCM Constitution,and there was significant difference in the course of disease between different groups of TCM biased constitution(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in the average course of disease between yin deficiency and peace,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and blood stasis(P < 0.05).3.The mean BMI of yin deficiency group was significantly lower than that of other groups,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05)compared with the quality of peace,Qi deficiency,qi depression,damp heat,phlegm dampness and blood stasis.4.There were significant differences in FPG,2h PG and Hb Alc between Pinghe and phlegm dampness,Yang deficiency and yin deficiency(P.There was no significant difference in TC,TG and LDL-C among different constitution types.4.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 66.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).5.Compared with before treatment,FPG,2h PG and Hb Alc in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in FPG,2h PG after treatment(P > 0.05),and Hb Alc decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group(P < 0.05).6.Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion 1.The main constitution types of the patients with diabetes are peace quality,yin deficiency quality,phlegm dampness quality and Qi deficiency quality,of which Yin deficiency quality is the most important biased constitution,which is consistent with the pathogenesis of "Yin deficiency is the basis,dry heat is the standard";2.2.8 types of constitution,Yang deficiency is more common in women,the BMI of phlegm dampness is the highest,and the course of yin deficiency is the shortest in biased constitution,which indicates that yin deficiency may be the constitution type in the early stage of diabetes,and with the extension of the course of disease,there may be deficiency syndrome,blood stasis,phlegm dampness and other pathological changes;3.FPG,2h PG,Hb Alc of Pinghe quality were significantly different from those of phlegm dampness,Yang deficiency and yin deficiency,which indicated that patients with biased constitution had more serious disorder of glucose metabolism than those with Pinghe quality;4.There was no significant difference in TC,TG and LDL-C among the qualities of peace,Qi deficiency,qi depression,damp heat,phlegm dampness,Yang deficiency,yin deficiency,blood stasis.TC,TG and LDL-C levels of phlegm dampness were higher than those of other types of constitution,indicating that phlegm dampness may have more serious disorder of lipid metabolism.5.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine can effectively reduce the long-term blood sugar of patients,and can significantly reduce the symptoms and signs of patients. |
