Objective:To objectively evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of infertility with ovulatory disorder in the reproductive center of Jiangsu Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)by using the method of tonifying the kidney and regulating the week.Methods:100 patients with ovulatory disorders were randomly enrolled into the trial group and the control group 50 cases. The experimental group was treated with tonifying kidney and regulating week and western medicine to promote ovulation, while the control group was treated with simple western medicine to promote ovulation, with 3 menstrual cycles as a course of treatment and 2 consecutive courses of treatment. Results:In the experimental group,2 cases were eventually dropped,2 cases were excluded, and 46 cases were total cases. In the control group,2 cases were eventually dropped,3 cases were excluded, and 45 cases were total cases. After treatment, two groups of comprehensive curative effect analysis:the total effective rate of the test group is 93%,the clinical cure rate is 76.1%,the clinical effective rate is 17.4%,the efficiency is 6.5%,the control group:the total effective rate is 67%,the clinical cure rate is 46.7%,the clinical effective rate is 22.2%,the efficiency is 31.1%Comparison of clinical symptom score, menstrual symptom score, mean endometrial thickness during ovulation, dominant follicle excretion rate, pregnancy cycle rate and clinical pregnancy rate:the trial group is larger than the control group.(P<0.05)Comparison of cycle cancellation rate and Gn dosage:the experimental group was smaller than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion:This clinical study has proved that the therapeutic effect of tonifying kidney regulating week method plus ovulation promoting therapy in treating ovulatory infertility is better than that of western medicine alone in promoting ovulation. It can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and menstrual symptoms,it can also promote the development of follicular and the growth of the endometrium, improve the rate of dominant follicular excretion and clinical pregnancy rate, and reduce the rate of ovulation cycle and GN dosage, thus greatly reducing the economic cost of patients, more easily accepted by patients. |
