Clinical Observation Of Bushen Zhuyong Recipe Combined With Clomiphene In The Treatment Of Ovulation Disorder Infertility Of Kidney Deficiency Type In Elderly Women

Objective:To observe the changes of clinical symptoms,diameter of dominant follicles,thickness of endometrium and basal body temperature in elderly women with ovulatory disorder(kidney deficiency type)treated by Bushen Zhuyong recipe.To analyze the clinical application effect of Bushenzu-pregnancy recipe in treating infertility of ovulation disorder(kidney deficiency type)in elderly women with kidney deficiency,and to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,according to the principle of tonifying kidney essence and regulating chong Ren,and to observe its safety.To provide a safe and effective method for the clinical treatment of this disease,and to serve the country's fertility policy.Methods:60 elderly female patients diagnosed as ovulation disorder of kidney deficiency type were selected and included in the experiment.One course of treatment was three months.After 1-2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate,TCM symptom score,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,embryo loss rate,dominant follicle diameter,endometrial thickness during ovulation and basal body temperature were compared between the two groups.Results:?The total effective rate was 86.7%in the treatment group and 73.3%in the control group.Compared with symptom score before and after treatment in treatment group(p<0.05)and control group(P<0.05)before and after treatment,the symptom score of two groups after treatment was significantly better than that before and after treatment(p<0.05).?The ovulation rate was 76.4%in the treatment group and 70%in the control group.There was no significant difference in ovulation rate between the treatment group and the control group.?There was a significant difference in the diameter of dominant follicles between the two groups(p>0.05)..?The comparison of endometrium thickness in the two groups of patients during ovulation period p<0.05 ? Comparison of basic body temperature between the two groups,p<0.05.? The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 40%,the pregnancy rate of the control group was 24.1%?The embryo loss rate of the control group was 8.3%,and the embryo loss rate of the control group was 14%(P<0.05).But because the number of cases observed in the experiment was small,so the further experimental study was needed in the future.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of ovulatory infertility of elderly women with kidney deficiency type was compared.The observation indexes of treatment group and control group were compared systematically.The conclusions are as follows:the combination of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for tonifying kidney and helping pregnancy with clomiphene has obvious advantages over clomiphene alone in the treatment of infertility with ovulation disorder(kidney deficiency type)in elderly women,and can improve pregnancy in elderly women.At the same time,the rate has obviously improved all kinds of clinical symptoms caused by kidney deficiency.Improve cervical mucus condition and increase endometrial thickness and receptivity during ovulation.Combination and implantation provide a good environment to improve the probability of conception and maintain pregnancy after conception.It provides a safe and effective treatment for the elderly women with ovulatory disorder(kidney deficiency type)infertility.
