| Objective To assess the Value of High-risk HPV DNA and E6/E7 mRNA detection for cervical lesions before and after LEEP.Methods A total of 466 patients received LEEP because of cervical lesions were included from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between April,2016 and Semptember,2017.Compare the negative rate of HPV DNA with E6/E7 mRNA after LEEP,and assess the sensitivity and specificity between HPV DNA and E6/E7 mRNA of different pathological grades with the use of the chisquare test(P value <0.05 was considered statstically significant)by the SPSS19.0 statistical computer program.Results(1)The negative rate of HPV DNA in Cervicitis who received operation was 70.45%,while 68.42% in LSIL and 55.67% in HSIL.The negative rate in Cervicitis and LSIL was enhanced, with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The negative rates in HSIL and LSIL as well as in Cervicitis and HSIL were enhanced, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The negative rate of HPV E6/E7 mRNA in Cervicitis who received operation was 75.00%,while 73.61% in LSIL and 55.22% in HSIL.The negative rate in Cervicitis and LSIL was enhanced, with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The negative rates in HSIL and LSIL as well as in Cervicitis and HSIL were enhanced, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(2)The sensitivity of HPV DNA in Cervicitis、LSIL、HSIL was higher than of HPV E6/E7 mRNA,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).While the specificity of HPV E6/E7 mRNA was higher than HPV DNA,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).In Cervical cancer, the specificity of HPV E6/E7 mRNA was higher than HPV DNA,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01),with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in sensitivity. Conclusions LEEP can resect cervical lesions and eliminate HPV infection. After the operation, detection of HPV DNA and E6/E7 mRNA can help to forecast the progression or reccrudescence of cervical lesions. The value to forecast the progression or reccrudescence by HPV E6/E7 mRNA is mo-re significantly than HPV DNA because of higher specificity.Patients who received reoperation should undertake HPV DNA and E6/E7 mRNA detection in the follow-up process. |
