Clinical Effect Observation Of Chufan Gutai Decotion On Treatment Of Early Threatened Abortion With Anxiety

Background:Threatened abortion is a common clinical disease in early pregnancy,its incidence is about 15-20%.The occurrence of threatened abortion can easily lead to negative emotions such as anxiety,tension,agitation,depression and so on.However,adverse psychological reactions such as anxiety of pregnant women will increase the occurrence of complications during pregnancy,and will also lead to abortion and premature delivery.The adverse pregnancy outcome,such as fetal intrauterine growth restriction,will also have a negative effect on the nerve development in the later stage of the offspring.Therefore,it is necessary to actively prevent and treat the symptoms of threatened abortion and bad emotional state in clinical practice to promote the physical and mental health of pregnant women.Thus promoting the growth and development of the fetus.Objective:In order to provide reference for clinical treatment of early threatened abortion with anxiety,professor Yao Meiyu’s clinical effect of treating early threatened abortion with anxiety was observed,and the experience of treatment of this disease was summarized.Method:The subjects of this study are the gynecological patients in the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2015 to November 2016.Thirty-six patients with early threatened abortion combined with anxiety(Yin deficiency and fire flourishing type)were treated with Chufan gutai decoction,and SAS anxiety scores were observed before and after 2 courses of treatment(4 weeks).The clinical symptom and single symptom integral of TCM were analyzed by statistical software to judge the therapeutic effect.Results:36 patients with early threatened abortion combined with anxiety(Yin deficiency and fire flourishing type),2 cases dropped out during 2 courses of treatment.The total effective rate was 94.12%,the cure rate was 8.82%,apparent efficiency rate was 29.41%,the effective rate was 55.88 and the non-effective rate was 5.88%.After two courses of treatment,the total score of TCM symptom decreased from 16.56±3.57 to 5.50±3.37,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score of single symptom was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Treated patients with SAS score decreased from 46.38±3,93 to 30.18 ± 5.79(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the symptoms and SAS scores of the patients were significantly improved.Conclusions:1.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with early threatened abortion and anxiety(Yin deficiency and fire flourishing type).2.It can improve the symptoms of early threatened abortion with anxiety(Yin deficiency and fire flourishing type).3.It can improve anxiety in patients with early threatened abortion and anxiety(Yin deficiency and fire flourishing type).
