| Medical consumables are indispensable consumptive materials for medical institutions to carry out diagnosis and treatment.With the progress of science and technology and the development of medical diagnosis and treatment technology,medical consumables have become increasingly important in medical activities and their importance has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,the proportion of medical consumables in patients’ medical expenses is also increasing.By strengthening the management of medical consumables and optimizing the cost management of medical consumables,it not only reduces the operating cost of the hospital,but further reduces the expenditure of medical activities in the region and the whole society,and can effectively control the increase of medical insurance costs,save the medical cost,and effectively solve the "expensive" problem and promote the medical insurance reform.In this paper,through the research of medical consumables management,supply chain management theory,fine management theory and cost management theory,we analyze the current situation of medical consumables management in A hospital,put forward the problems in the management of consumables,design the corresponding corrective measures to improve the existing management system,and introduce the information management method.This paper includes 7 chapters in the structure.The first chapter is the introduction;the second is the study of the medical consumables management;the third is the status analysis of the cost control of medical consumables in A Hospital;the fourth is the optimization scheme for the medical consumable management system of A Hospital;the fifth is the comparison of the new and old schemes for the medical consumables management system in A Hospital;the sixth is the optimization of the cost control of medical consumables in the hospital of A.The last is the conclusion and the prospect.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of cost management of medical consumables in A hospital to find out the existing problems,and put forward the optimization plan to solve the problem.By comparing the situation before and after the implementation of the optimized scheme,the feasibility of the optimization scheme is confirmed.Finally,the improvement and implementation of the optimization scheme can be ensured by improving the management system,making relevant implementation measures,process and application of information system. |
