| Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Yiqi Jiedu decoction against kidney cancer,our research provides the theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine against kidney cancer.Methods:20 SPF level BALB/c naked mice were randomly selected,which were divided into two groups,one was blank control group(normal saline),the other was Yiqi Jiedu decoction group,and each group had 10 rats.Based on above,model of ACHN human carcinoma stem cells’ mice transplantable tumor was seted up.Rats in blank control groupwere given 0.4 ml saline,the other group’s rats were given 0.4 ml yiqi jiedu decoction by gavage twice daily for 25 days.Then those rats were executed in30 days and picked up the tumor body to compare two groups of tumor body’s size and quality;At last,we measured the expression of cancer tissues of two group of optic density(OD)of VEGF and MVD by immunohistochemical SP method.Results:Tumor volume of Yiqi Jiedu decoctionand the control group were 304.68 ± 13.53、 419.60 ± 22.69respectively;Quality were 1.74±0.42、2.69±0.49 severally;the anti-tumor rate calculated was 35.3±14.2%;The OD value of VEGF were 0.10±0.02、0.17±0.02 respectively;MVD countvalue were10.5±2.4 、22.8±2.5 severally.The results showed that the Yiqi Jiedu decoction group’s tumor volume,quality,the OD value of VEGF and MVD count value had asignificant decline,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Jiedu decoction had an obvious inhibition occurred for the growth of ACHN human carci noma stem cell and microenvironmentof VEGF and MVD. |
