Study On Four Kinds Of Hot Drugs Compatibility Of Cold Herbs Rhubarb What Have An Impact On Their Main Pharmacodynamic Components And Rhubarb Purgative Effect

Objective:By studying the change of the amount of main active ingredients in each extract varies about drugs of rhubarb and aconite,cinnamon,cassia twig,ginger as well as this four kinds of thermal compatibility drugs on diarrhea induced by rhubarb to explore the compatibility mechanism of the medicines of chills and fever.Methods:Studying by the HPLC method to the effect of the amount of the main ingredients extraction,at the same time,make an on-the-spot investigation the effect of different extract solvent.For the influence of rhubarb purgative effect mainly through pesticide effect experiment,experimental investigate the effect of the first time,four hours of defecation and the degree of carbon propelling mice after the four kinds of hot drugs are mixed with rhubarb at different proportions.Results:First、Effect on the amount of main Pharmacodynamic components:1.With water as extraction solvent,rhubarb after compatibility of aconite free anthraquinone decreased by 46.67%,the decrease of total anthraquinone is 46.14%;compatibility cinnamon free anthraquinone decreased by 50.14%,the decrease of total anthraquinone is 42.79%;compatibility of ramulus cinnamomi free anthraquinone decreased by 46.07%,60.75% reduction in total anthraquinone;compatibility of dried ginger free anthraquinones is reduced by 46.10%,45.47% reduction in total anthraquinone.Rhubarb after compatibility of aconite the total alkaloids by 39.55%,cinnamic aldehyde reduced 1.46% after cinnamon compatibility of rhubarb,rhubarb compatibility of ramulus cinnamomi the cinnamylaldehyde is reduced by 7.47%,gingerol reduced by about 34.98% after the compatibility of rhubarb ginger.2.With ethanol as extraction solvent,free anthraquinone increased13.60% after compatibility of rhubarb aconite,the total anthraquinones increased by21.79%;and compatibility cinnamon free anthraquinone decreased by 21.79%,the decrease of total anthraquinone is 22.34%;compatibility of ramulus cinnamomi free anthraquinone decreased by 18.21%,24.61% reduction in Total Anthraquinone;compatibility of dried ginger after free anthracene quinone is increased by2.41%,6.65% increase of total anthraquinone.Rhubarb after compatibility of aconite the total alkaloids by 28.27%,cinnamaldehyde increased 1.54% after cinnamon compatibility of rhubarb,rhubarb compatibility of ramulus cinnamomi the cinnamylaldehyde is reduced by 9.20%,rgingerol increased by about 8.66% after the compatibility of rhubarb ginger.Second、The effect of rhubarb on Purgative effectWith water as extraction solvent,with the increase in the proportion of hot natured drugs,the first time defecation of mice in each group showed a linear increasing trend,while the amount of defecation and the rate of carbon propelling showed linear decreasing trend,and the drug pair and rhubarb detection index of single drug group have obvious difference.Using ethanol as the extraction solvent,with the increase in the proportion of hot natured drugs,the first time defecation of mice in each group showed a linear increasing trend,but the defecation and carbon powder propulsion rate decreased,but the differences of each drug group detection index and rhubarb single drug group is not obvious.Conclusion:With water as extraction solvent,after compatibility of four groups of chills and fever medicines,the main efficacy components at a certain extent will reduce no matter the cold medicine or hot medicine,it illustrate that there are a certain degree of inhibition of both cold and heat resistance after compatibility of medicines,and experiment from the changes of the main medicinal components to interpretation the interaction of drug compatibility.In addition,using ethanol as the extraction solvent,changes of main medicinal components did not show obvious regularity,It also shows that in terms of the HanRe match,with ethanol as the extraction solvent is not conducive to play its due role compatibility.
