| Objective: The purpose of this paper is to study the general laws of the independent horn medicine and its compatibility in the Dunhuang medical Chinese literature,excavate the essence of the Dunhuang horn medicine,and combine Professor Li Yingcun’s clinical experience in the application of horn medicine,further expand the dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,so that the Chinese medical literature,especially the Dunhuang medical literature,can better serve the people’s health.Methods: Based on the Dunhuang Chinese medicine book,Dunhuang Turpan medical literature new edition school and the original photos in the international Dunhuang project IDP website,referring to the Dunhuang medical prescriptions and corner medicine special research literature,using the research methods of statistical screening,exegesis,collation,etc.,the independent corner prescriptions in Dunhuang Chinese medicine literature are comprehensively combed,detected one by one,classified statistics,and unified The results are presented in the form of tables;secondly,in combination with medical science,the composition,usage,main therapeutic effect and compatibility structure of each group of corner drugs are studied in depth,and the regular summary is given.At the same time,the characteristics and values of each group of corner drugs are summed up objectively by comparing with the literature handed down from generation to generation,distinguishing and reading words,comparing and verifying,and combining with the characteristics of the region and the times.Finally,combined with clinical cases,it provides a safe and effective treatment method and theoretical reference for the development and application of Dunhuang horn medicine.Result: In the Dunhuang Literature of traditional Chinese medicine,there are 49 groups of horn drugs,which have been independently formulated.The efficacy includes 13 kinds,such as tonifying,warming,clearing away heat,removing dampness,regulating blood,regulating qi,relieving surface,purgation and opening orifices.The most commonly used horn drugs are tonifying,followed by eliminating dampness,clearing heat and regulating blood.The indications include internal and external diseases,women’s diseases,children’s diseases,men’s diseases,facial features and skin diseases.The compatibility forms are various,including 11 kinds,such as the same kind of compatibility,the different kind of compatibility,the cold and hot compatibility,the up and down compatibility,the moistening and drying compatibility,and the majority of them are the different kind of compatibility,the same kind of compatibility,and the cold and hot compatibility.The structure level is clear,with four modes of bridge structure,triangle structure,chain structure and single and double structure.Drug diversification,including Dunhuang native medicine,imported medicine from western regions,vegetables,dairy products,seasonings,various liquor,etc.There are 5 groups of angle medicine in the method of medicine application for viscera of auxiliary formula.They are all named after "Xiaoxie + five zang organs".They are the compatibility form of "two body and one use".They are mainly used to treat the disease of five zang organs,which is light and shallow,single syndrome and close to the disease.Professor Li Yingcun,the tutor,used the horn prescription in the Dunhuang compound prescription,which not only improved the clinical effect,but also expanded the clinical thinking.Conclusion: In Dunhuang traditional Chinese medicine literature,there are a large number of independent corner drugs with profound content and strong applicability,which have the following characteristics:(1)extensive treatment and health care;(2)rich compatibility and ingenious structure;(3)flexible dosage form and various treatment methods;(4)good use of food materials and numerous varieties;(5)integration of compound drugs and obvious five characteristics of curative effect,so it has high literature and practical value,which is worth further development and application. |
