| Objective:By investigatingthe distribution characteristics of human papillomavirus(HPV)genotypes in female Handan,including age distribution and gene distribution in different age groups,To further the prevention of HPV infection and cervical cancer prevention and treatment to provide clinical basis.Method:Take Chaozhou Cape Medical Nucleic acid molecule rapid diversion hybridization gene chip technology,to Hanhan Hebei Engineering University Affiliated Hospital January 2013-April 2017 gynecology department outpatient and hospitalized patient5318 cases to carry on 21 kinds of human papillomavirus gene subtype examination(High risk Type 15:16、18、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、53、56、58、59、66、68;Low-risk 6:6、11、42、43、44、CP8304;analysis and understanding of the subtypes of infection and clinical distribution characteristics.Results:The total number of positive cases in 5318 samples was 848,accounting for15.95%.Among them,high-risk type infection was higher than mixed HPV type and low-risk type,the number of infection cases were: 562 cases、102 cases、184 cases.HPV single infection is slightly higher than mixed infection,HPV16、6、58 are located in the first three of the single infection,mainly high-risk type,HPV11、6 and 16 are located in the first three of mixed infection,mainly low-risk.Type.The positive rate of HPV infection in different subtypes was three: HPV16、6、58.The main age groups of HPV infection were analyzed from the positive rate of HPV infection in all ages at 15(including)~25 and 25(including)~35 years old,the trend of HPV infection positive rate: HPV infection is "Shuangfeng" situation,two peaks are located at 15(including)~25 years old and 55(including)~65 years old.HPV infection subtype differs in different age groups: ≤ 35 years old to 6、11、16 type mainly,followed by 58、52、66type,HPV low-risk type of infection mainly;35~55(including)years old to 16、58、52type mainly,followed by 18、6、11 type,HPV high-risk type of infection mainly;>55years old to 16、58、18 type mainly,followed by 39、52、68 type,HPV high-risk type of infection mainly.Conclusion:The subtype of HPV infection gene is different from the regional、age distribution,To understand the subtype and distribution of HPV infection gene in the region female,to strengthen the surveillance and screening of HPV in all age groups female in the region,especially to strengthen HPV surveillance and screening in women with high age,and provide scientific clinical data for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in the region. |
