| Objective:To observe the effect of probiotics supplemented with large doses of esmeprazole on the eradication rate and adverse drug reactions of Helicobacter pylori(Hp),and to explore the feasibility of using probiotics as adjuvant therapy in clinical practice.Materials and Methods:150 patients were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,each group of 50 cases.Group A received dual therapy(40 mg 2/d for omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and 1 g 2/d for amoxicillin capsules).B group was given bismuth yeast extract(0.5g 2/d)on basis of double therapy,group C was given standard triple therapy(esoomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets20 mg 2/d,amoxicillin capsule 1g 2/d,clarithromycin dispersible tablets 0.5g 2 / d),treatment for 14 days,4 weeks after the end of treatment given to review 13 C or14C-urea breath test.During this period,the occurrence of symptoms was recorded and the degree of patient tolerance was scored.Results:1.General situation: The 150 patients selected had an average age of 53.3.There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,smoking and disease among the groups(P>0.05).2.H.pylori eradication: The eradication rates of A,B,and C groups were 80%(40/50),84%(42/50),and 88%(44/50),respectively.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).The eradication rate in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.603,P>0.05).The eradication rate in group C was higher than that in group A(P=0.275,P>0.05);The rate of eradication was higher than that of group B.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.564,P>0.05).3.Incidence of symptoms: The incidence of symptoms of discomfort in group A,B,and C was 20%,6%,and 38%,respectively.The incidence of uncomfortable symptoms in group B was significantly lower than that in group A and C(P=0.037,P=0.000),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A group was lower thanthe C group(P=0.047),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.According to the effect of side effects on daily life,the degree of tolerance of patients: A,B group tolerance was higher than that of group C(P=0.032,P=0.001),thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).B group was higher than A group(P=0.182),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The addition of probiotics to large doses of esmepyrazole combination therapy can significantly reduce the discomfort caused by the treatment and increase the patient’s tolerance,but it can not increase the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori.2.High-dose esmepyrazole combination therapy added probiotic Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and standard tripartite similarity. |
