Observation Of Standard Quadruple Therapy Combined With Saccharomyces Boulardii For Helicobacter Pylori Eradication

Objective:Observe the effect of quadruple therapy combined with Saccharomyces boular dii on the eradication of Helicobacter pylori.Methods:A number of 160 Hp-positive patients were diagnosed in the¹⁴C breath test at the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University from November 2016 to Novem ber 2017.According to the order of visits,they were divided into four control g roups（n=80）:Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules 10mg,bid+Colloidal p ectin 150mg,tid+Amoxicillin 1.0g,bid+Furazolidone 0.1g,bid,course of treat ment 10d;Experimental group（n=80）:Quadruple control group protocol+Sacchar omyces cerevisiae 0.5g,bid,treatment 10d.All patients complet the treatment afte r 10 days.one months later review¹⁴C breath test.Observe and record the eradic ation effect of Hp,clinical symptom relief and adverse reactions during treatment.Results:Quadruplet control group,the experimental group boulardii yeast Hp eradicatio n rates were 85.0%,95.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.A fter treatment,epigastric pain,bloating,nausea,and hernia symptoms were relieve d in both groups,but there was no significant difference in the degree of sympto m relief（P>0.05）.During the course of treatment,the incidence of total adverse drug reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）,and the incidence of diarrhea and constipation was much lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.Conclusion:The combination of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with quadruple therapy can increase the eradication rate of Hp,reduce the incidence of adverse drug rea ctions during the course of treatment,and especially reduce the occurrence of diar rhea and constipation,but there is no significant difference in clinical symptom re mission rate compared with quadruple therapy.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
