The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Radiation Proctitis By Adding Flavor Muxiang Shunqi Pills

Objective: Observe flavored costus qi decoction enema treatment the clinical curative effect and safety of radiation proctopathy,provide reliable basis for clinical screening the best treatment plan,provide objective for clinical further promote evidence-based medical evidence.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.In the experimental group,30 patients were treated with basic treatment + flavored muxiang shunqi bolus enema;in the control group,30 patients were treated with basic treatment + smecta enema.The clinical efficacy and safety of TCM symptom score,KPS score,grade of rectal mucosal injury before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: The total clinical efficiency of the experimental group was 93.3%.Control group clinical total effective rate was 70.0%,treatment group curative effect is superior to the control group(P < 0.05),the two groups after treatment of TCM clinical symptom scores were decreased,KPS scores were increased,rectal mucosa injury classification has improved,but the observation indexes after treatment the treatment group significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Flavored costus qi pill enema in the treatment of radiation proctopathy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce rectal mucous membrane inflammation,promote restoration of the rectal mucosa,improve patient quality of life,and no obvious side effects,worthy of further promotion and research.
