Engineering projects need the intervention of project management.Project management is mainly for coordinating and controlling the economic interests and relationships between contractors,construction units,design units and owners units,so as to achieve the goal of construction projects.With the continuous development of educational reform,the construction of higher learning institutions also refers to the Japanese agenda,which needs rapid development to keep pace with the development trend of education.Under normal circumstances,the construction of new campus in Colleges and universities is relatively heavy.The project is relatively complex,so we need to build dormitory buildings,teaching buildings,laboratories and gymnasiums.Generally speaking,the construction of new university campuses in China is mostly carried out through the form of asset replacement.Therefore,the construction of campus requires a definite time limit for completion,and the time is fast.In addition,generally speaking,Party A is the owner of the University,though it has the advantages of fast capital and advanced technology,but there are also shortcomings of management confusion,lack of experience and inadequate construction technology reserve.There are many difficulties to be faced with in the construction and management of new campuses in Colleges and universities.The following points are as follows: 1.The construction of efficient new campus is not only characterized by the construction industry,but also the characteristics of universities.2,under the influence of lack of experience,the construction decision made a mistake.Because the target of the decision is not clear,the bad situation of repeated construction and rework is caused.3,the preparation for construction is not enough.The defects such as geological exploration,construction design verification,construction process review,and construction materials need not be adequately prepared,which will affect the progress of construction and the realization of engineering objectives.Investment out of control 4,prone to the phenomenon of new campus construction,due to the social benefit of the project on economic benefit,easy to appear in the implementation of the project to ignore financial management,construction projects and additional investment by administrative interference is not necessary,resulting in a new school district project delays.The project construction project of high efficiency new campus is complex and diverse and has its own obvious characteristics.It has a high requirement for the project progress and faces many difficulties.The actual needs of the project construction management,project management in the relevant theory,through field research,literature data,draw lessons from historical experience,according to the empirical research plan,cost management,quality management,construction project management,the main contents are as follows: 1.to determine the 2.schedule control;schedule control the implementation of the plan.Strict organizational structure,compiling the construction schedule,the project construction phase,the project department should be combined with the actual project to guide the implementation of the project,through the analysis of the schedule for each process from time,space,resources,strength of coordination and balance,plan optimization,and then establish the target plan.This paper takes the construction project of the new campus of China Medical University as the breakthrough point and launches the concrete research.The first chapter is the introduction part,the research background and significance,research ideas and methods and discusses the theory and related research results;the second chapter overview of the project,and described the project faced schedule control problems and the analysis question;the third chapter schedule plan and schedule control and management the implementation of the programme;the fourth chapter elaborates the principle and measures for the implementation of the plan,and in the final schedule control management evaluation.In conclusion,this study confirms that multi project management theory and measures are of great significance for controlling the progress of new campus construction projects,and we need further research and exploration in future work.
