In the current new era,informatization has become an inevitable trend in the development of various fields,and promoting the implementation and application of corresponding informatization projects based on one’s own actual situation has become an important task in the development of various fields.The informatization project promoted by Y Hospital,which focuses on electronic medical records and covers clinical healthcare,patient services,and operation management,can achieve real-time data exchange and sharing.The first phase of Y Hospital’s informatization improvement project mainly aims to achieve various rating goals and solve the integration problem of medical workstations,multiple hospital areas,and multiple work areas.Due to the tight rating time and heavy tasks,as well as the complex business process,high data reporting requirements,numerous functional modules,and complex department personnel involved in the first phase of Y Hospital’s informatization improvement project,it is particularly important to achieve project progress management and ensure that the project is completed on schedule.This article takes the first phase of Y Hospital’s informatization improvement project as an example to comprehensively elaborate on the relevant theories and methods of project management and project schedule management during the project implementation process,and focuses on discussing how to prepare a project schedule plan and carry out project schedule management control.This article first uses literature research methods to sort out and summarize relevant literature materials,providing effective direction guidance for this study.At the same time,using case analysis method,taking the first phase of Y Hospital’s informatization improvement project as an example,the problems in project schedule management were analyzed through theoretical knowledge of project management and project schedule management.It was confirmed that there were problems such as flattened organizational structure,incomplete schedule plan,and lack of schedule control,which prevented the project from completing on schedule.In response to the existing problems,this article prioritizes organizational structure optimization to strengthen progress management and supervision.At the same time,through methods such as task decomposition,time estimation,process relationship determination,and progress plan network diagram drawing,the progress management plan for the first phase of Y Hospital’s informatization improvement project has been further optimized,confirming the critical path and total project duration.Finally,a scientifically sound overall plan and process for the progress control of Y Hospital’s information engineering were proposed,and the effectiveness of progress control was analyzed.This article combines theory with practice to apply the theories and methods of project management and project schedule management to solve practical problems in project schedule management during the implementation of the first phase of Y Hospital Informatization Improvement Project,thereby promoting the effectiveness of project schedule management and ensuring that the actual progress of the work matches the plan.On the other hand,the practical case of improving the progress management of Phase Ⅰproject through Y Hospital’s informatization has formed an effective and feasible progress management plan,which also provides reference for information projects in other related industries.
