Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of fast track surgery in patients with acute abdomen.Methods: A retrospective study was carried out in 46 patients with acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from January,2017 to January,2018 in our department of general medical surgery(general surgery)January,2017 before admission in our hospital general surgery(general surgery)to implement the traditional treatment of acute abdomen in patients with 50 cases as a control group to explore the experimental group and control group postoperative oral diet,postoperative Ventilation,laxation time,ambulation time after surgery,postoperative wound infection,hospitalization and hospitalization costs differences.Results: There were significant differences in postoperative eating time,postoperative ventilation,laxative time,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative incision infection,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost between experimental group and control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: The concept of rapid rehabilitation in patients with acute abdomen can effectively promote the recovery of patients with acute abdomen,shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the cost of hospitalization.
