Observation Of The Effect Of Bath Temperature And Concentration On Secondary Perianal Eczema

Objective: By observing the curative effect of WXZY prescriptions on the treatment of SPE under the different temperature and concentration,select the better one,for providing guidance to the clinic.Methods: This study observed 40 patients for anorectal diseases caused by SPE and included in the standard,in xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine anorectal between December 2016 and September 2017 hospitalized patients.It consists of 23 males and 17 females aged between 20 and 75 years old.These patients are randomly divided into four groups in the order of admission,divided into four groups,10 for each group.Hemorrhoids,anal fissure,anal fistula,perianal abscess and other anorectal diseases are treated by surgery to treat the original pathogenesis,and after the operation,the non-decoction can be washed away with boiling water..Patients of group a1b1,liquid concentration is 3.0%,when the temperature dropped to 37 ℃ began to take the bath;patients of group a1b2,liquid concentration is 4.4%,when the temperature dropped to 37 ℃ began to take the bath;patients of group a2b1,liquid concentration is 3.0%,when the temperature dropped to 42℃ began to take the bath;patients of group a2 ba,liquid concentration is 4.4%,when the temperature dropped to 42℃ began to take the bath,the bath time was 5 minutes.The differences in gender,age,and observation indicators were not significant and comparable.The results were recorded on the 3rd day and 7th day after surgery..Results:.The scoring scale and analysis results are shown,when the water temperature of 37 ℃,analyze the effect of concentration on therapeutic effect was,P=0.001,so the water temperature of37 ℃,the concentration 3.0% is better than 4.4%;when the concentration is 3.0%,to analyze the effect of water temperature on therapeutic effect,P=0.000,so when the concentration is 3.0%,temperatue 37 ℃ is better than 42℃.The clinical treatment forSPE was treated with WXZY prescription,is related to temperature and concentration,the temperatue is 37 ℃ and concentration is 3.0%,is bettet than other plans in this study.
