A Research On The Network Public Sentiment Of Doctor-Patient Conflicts

Under the background of the development of network technology and the popularity of mobile terminals,diversified and convenient media channels have greatly enhanced the awareness and ability of the majority of Internet users to participate in society.At the same time,a large number of social hotspots and emergencies have occurred frequently,which has caused a huge amount of energy in the Internet public opinion.The social public’s emotions and expectations are now focused on online public opinion.The great influence of online public opinion on the society has also attracted widespread attentions from inside and outside the industry.As a concentrated reflection of public opinion in today’s society,it has attracted the attention of all sectors of the society and has also reflected the social public.The formulation of policies not only has a powerful role in the network,but also profoundly affects the real society.The doctor-patient conflict network public opinion is one of the hot spots in the Internet public opinion and has a crucial influence on the doctor-patient relationship and social order.This article uses the data mining method in big data technology to crawl and establish all the microblog contents related to the doctor-patient conflict network in the Weibo platform from January 2012 to December 2016.Sample databases,using semantic text analysis and other methods to analyze and study the sample database,to explore the past five years,doctor-patient conflict online public opinion development situation,public opinion characteristics and trends.In the first part of the article,the general situation of doctor-patient conflicts in China was reviewed,and the current situation of the doctor-patient conflict,the causes of the conflicts,and the impact of Internet public opinion on doctor-patient conflicts were described.The second part briefly introduces the data mining technology and its application in the network public opinion research.Then it introduces the process of using the data mining technology to analyze the doctor-patient conflict network public opinion in detail.In the third part,based on the database of public opinion database of doctor-patient conflicts established in this paper,from the perspective of basic data presentation,Internet public opinion popularity and sentiment orientation,the paper presents and analyzes the data of doctor-patient conflicts in the last five years.The fourth part analyzes the public opinion of doctor-patient conflicts over the past five years from the perspectives of communication elements,communication characteristics,and evolutionary models.At the end,it also proposes suggestions for the problems existing in the doctor-patient conflict network public opinion at the present stage.The doctor-patient conflict has made some contribution to the public opinion and improvement of doctor-patient relationship.
