Research On The Dynamic Evolution Mechanism Of Doctor-patient Network Public Opinion From The Perspective Of Media Emotion

Health care is an important part of China’s economic construction and social development.It is also a tool and carrier for the state and government to protect people’s health,and an indispensable part of realizing the welfare function and social security function of the state and government.With the continuous improvement of living standards and people’s awareness of life and health,medical and health problems have gradually become the focus of attention of the media and the community.China’s medical and health undertakings have made great progress since 1985,but it still conceal the existence of many problems in the medical system at present in the country.At the same time,the occurrence of medical disputes has been increasing year by year.The negative impact of network public opinion caused by events is also increasing,which has seriously hindered the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship in China.Based on the perspective of media emotion,we use complex network method and dynamic game theory to study the influence of the game between the three players in the doctor-patient network public opinion on the evolution of public opinion,and construct the dynamic evolution of doctor-patient network public opinion under the perspective of media emotion.In the doctor-patient network public opinion,the emotional expression of the media is subordinated to the agenda setting of the mainstream media,with obvious orientation and tendentiousness,having asymmetric influence on the doctor-patient network public opinion.Negative emotions are more contagious in the public opinion of the doctor and patient.We should straighten out the media news values,standardize the media reporting framework,and encourage the media to implement the principle of positive publicity based on the relationship between doctors and patients,which will play a positive role in eliminating the negative effects of public opinion and easing the tension between doctors and patients.The interaction between the three media,hospitals and netizens will change along with the evolution of public opinion.The interaction probability and frequency of the three will have an important impact on the evolution of the network public opinion of doctors and patients.Through creating a more diverse and convenient,timely and feasible communication channels for media,hospitals and Internet users in the network public,improving the interaction probability and AC frequency among them,and promoting mutual understanding,we can effectively reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon of information cocoons,which will have a positive effect on the doctorpatient public opinion dissipates as soon as possible.
