The Retrospective Analysis Of The Related Influencing Factors On Platelet Aggregation Rate

Objective:To explore which clinical factors and laboratory indicators are affectting the Platelet aggregation rate which are Induced by Arachidonic acid or Adenosine diphosphate.Methods: Retrospective analysis the clinical information of 351 patients from The people's Hospital of Hebei Province who received Antiplatelet therapy from January to july of 2017.All the patients in the hospital were performed with the test of Platelet aggregation rate and dividied into 3 groups by the Platelet aggregation rate.By detectting the Physiological and biochemical indicators(including Sex,age,body mass index,underlying disease,medication status,biochemical tests,coagulation and so on).A statistically significant variable was obtained by one-way ANOVA and then through the logistic regression analysis to clarify the main factors affecting platelet aggregation.Results: The results of ANOVA showed that high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,coronary heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,aspirin,clopidogrel and tigrolipine were associated with platelet aggregation rate.Logistic regression analysis showed that LDL-C and platelet aggregation rate was significantly positively correlated;Aspirin,clopidogrel and tigrolipine can significantly reduce platelet aggregation;Single factor correlation analysis of platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP by clopidogrel and tigrolol showed that In patients with clopidogrel antiplatelet therapy compared with clopidogrel patients,platelet compliance rate was significantly improved,the results were statistically significant.Conclusion:1 LDL-C was significantly positively correlated with platelet aggregation rate.2 The antiplatelet therapy of tegrerool is better than antiplatelet therapy of clopidogrel.
