BackgroundThe mental health also called psychology health,the purpose of mental health is to improve people's psychological health,it not only studies the treatment and prevention on all kinds of mental illness,but also safeguards people's mental health at the same time,operating ? grade prevention,reducing and preventing the happening of the psychological and behavioral problems.Mental disorders are widely exists in patients who hospitalized in general hospitals.There are about 30%?50%people have mental problems from the hospitalized patients,showed by the foreign study,and the ratio in native hospital is 25%?5 5%,the most easily found is common anxiety and depression disorders.Thus it can be seen that the mental and psychological problems in the inpatients of a general hospital is widely and universally.Mental disorders and somatic diseases are interacted and effected by each other to aggravate or worsen the patient's somatic diseases.And suffering from major somatic diseases can also lead to psychological stress,physical and mental illness.National Health and Family Planning Commission issued "The guidance on strengthening mental health services" in 2017,this article clearlyproposed that medical institutions should strengthen humanistic care and popularize psychological assessment,psychotherapy,intervention in the medical services.In this study,inpatients in general hospital were investigated with anxiety,depression and coping styles,and the factors affecting them were analyzed.On this basis,based on the "Bio-psycho-social " comprehensive rehabilitation medical model and traditional psychological methods,with psychological consultation and contact nursing as the basic framework,forming the psychological intervention model for hospitalized patients preliminarily,and through the implementation of clinical psychological intervention,to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention model,to provide a basis and guidance for the comprehensive hospital patients psychological care.Objective1.To investigate the current situation of anxiety,depression and coping styles of inpatients,and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for constructing the general hospital psychological intervention model;2.To form a model of psychoiogical intervention for hospitalized patients and to assess the improvement of anxiety,depression and coping styles of patients before and after intervention through clinical intervention,and to evaluate the effectiveness of this model of intervention and to provide comprehensive hospitals with systematic,scientific and operational models and methods adapted to the conditions of China.Subjects and methods1.To investigate the anxiety,depression and coping style of inpatients in a general level ? hospital in Guangzhou,self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and simplified coping style questionnaire were used as the evaluation tools.2.On the basis of the current situation survey,a comprehensive rehabilitation medical model based on "Bio-psycho-social " and traditional psychological methods was initially developed,with psychiatric consultation-liaison nursing as the basic framework and clinical psychological intervention by nurses to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention model.Using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,the statistical methods are:2 test,T test,Pearson correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,binary logistic regression analysis.P<0.05 is statistically significant.Results1.The anxiety of patients who were hospitalization occurred in 18.42%of the general hospital,the incidence of depressionwas38.72%,comorbidity of anxiety and depression was 14.66%;Anxiety and depression scores of the patients were(42.14 ±7.82),(49.35 ± 9.94),which were higher than Chinese norm,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The scores of two dimensions of positive coping and negative coping were(22.09 ±7,26),(9.05 ±4.21),respectively,which were significantly higher than those of Chinese norm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was a negative correlation between the total score of coping style,positive coping style and anxiety,depression in non-psychiatric inpatients.(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression showed a significant positive correlation(P<0.01).4.The influencing factors of anxiety of impatients were occupational and course of disease.Among them,the occupation and the duration of disease for more than 1 year were all risk factors of anxiety.5.The main factors influencing the depression of inpatients were mainly the duration and family support.The duration of disease for more than 1 year and the family support were all the risk factors for the depression of the patients.6.The main factors influencing the positive coping of inpatients are gender and family support.The main factors influencing negative coping of inpatients are age and family support.7.Based on the "Bio-psycho-social" mode of comprehensive rehabilitation medicine and traditional psychological methods,based on the psychological counseling-liaison nursing framework,we initially build a psychological intervention mode for inpatients in a general hospital.8.Compared with the control group,the scores of anxiety,depression and passive coping style before and after intervention in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the positive coping styles increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).9.The total satisfaction of patients to psychological intervention was 90.9%.Conclusion1.The incidences of anxiety and depression in inpatients were higher than those in the general population,and coping styles were higher than those in the general population.2.The total scores of coping styles,positive coping styles,anxiety and depression were negatively correlated with the inpatients in the general department.3.Influencing factors of anxiety in patients with hospitalization were mainly occupation,course;influencing factors of depression in patients were mainly course,family support;the main influencing factors of positive coping were gender and family support;the main influencing factors of negative coping were age and family support.4.The psychological intervention models and interventions proposed in this study can relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients and increase positive coping strategies and reduce negative coping strategies.
