Study Of The Correlation Between Constitution Of TCM And Date Of Birth In Women With Endometriosis

Objective1.To explore the characteristics of TCM constitution distribution in patients with endometriosis.2.Explore the relationship between five elements’ motion and six kinds of natural factors and endometriosis.3.To explore the relationship between TCM constitution of patients with endometriosis and five elements,motion and six kinds of natural factors.MethodPatients with endometriosis diagnosed by clinical,laparoscopic or pathological diagnosis were investigated by the method of case investigation.The questionnaire on the basic situation of endometriosis and the self-test table of TCM Constitution were standardized,and SPSS19.0 was used to sum up the relationship between TCM constitution,five elements’ motion and six kinds of natural factors and endometriosis.Result1.general data:among the 187 cases,the youngest is 22 years old,the largest is 49 years old,the average age of the patients is(33.40±5.58)years,the birthplace is mainly in North China and northeast,and their educational background is mainly with high degree of education and higher education.Most patients had sexual life history;body weight was dominated by healthy weight;31%patients were less than 13 years of age at menarche;52.9%had a history of pregnancy;the majority of patients with adenomyosis accounted for 16%,and 2.7%were associated with immune related diseases.2.the distribution of physique of Chinese medicine:187 cases of moderate and qualitative(6.4%),175 cases of biased constitution(93.6%),and 85 cases of Yang deficiency(45.5%),22 cases of blood stasis(11.8%),19 cases of Qi Stagnation(10.2%),Qi deficiency syndrome(10.2%),Qi deficiency,heat and heat,flat and qualitative cases.There were 7 cases of yin deficiency,3.7%cases of phlegm dampness,5 cases(2.7%)of phlegm dampness,and 4 cases of idiosyncrasy(2.1%).It is suggested that there is a correlation between endometriosis and TCM Constitution(P=0.00).3.Five elements’ motion and six kinds of natural factorsFive elements’ motion and six kinds of natural factors distribution:24 cases were born in the year of the fifth of the ten Heavenly Stems,accounting for 12.8%,and 10 cases were born in the year of the first of the ten Heavenly Stems,accounting for 5.3%.The number of people born in the year of water elements’ motion was the most 44,accounting for 23.5%,and the number of people born in the year of earth elements’ motion was the least 32,accounting for 17.1%.36 cases(19.3%)were born during the main period of Yangming and dry sun,and 25 cases were born in Shaoyang during the fire period,accounting for 13.4%.There were 37 cases of patients who were born with Yangming dryness and golden periods,accounting for 19.8%,while those with less Yin and fire were born at least 25 cases,accounting for 13.4%.In the spring,the spring is the sun cold water,the Taiyin wet soil is born in the spring year 36 cases,accounting for 19.3%,the Jue Yin wind wood,the Shaoyang phase fire in born in the year of Amy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance(P1>0.05)between the years of birth and other years(P2<0.05).The number of patients born in the year of water transport is the largest and the year of transportation is the least.The difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were 88 cases of Yang in the Universiade,accounting for 47.1%,belonging to Yin 99 cases,accounting for 52.9%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Main Qi and passenger Qi:the most patients were born in the period of Yangming dryness gold,with the least time of fire in Shaoyang(P>0.05),the most of the patients were Yangming dryness gold at birth,the least of Shao Yin Jun fire(P>0.05),105 cases of yin and 56.1%,and 82 cases of Yang and 43.9%,respectively.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);104 cases were negative for Yin,accounting for 55.7%,and 83 cases were positive for Yang,accounting for 44.3%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Shi Tian in spring:born in the sun cold water,the Taiyin wet soil in the spring year,the most,the JK Yin wood,Shaoyang phase fire in the spring is the least,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were 104 cases of Si Tian Yin,accounting for 55.7%,83 cases of Si Tian as Yang,accounting for 44.3%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In spring,Yin was 104 cases,accounting for 55.7%,83 cases in spring,accounting for 44.3%,the difference was not Tian and Yang,the main Qi Yin and Yang,the Yin and Yang,the Yin and Yang of the sky,the Yin and Yang of the spring,the Yin and Yang of the spring,and the Yin and Yang of the spring.In the patients with endometriosis,Yang deficiency,blood stasis,qi stagnation and Qi deficiency have no statistical significance(P>0.05)in different birth time days,major transport,main gas,passenger gas,Tian dry and Yin Yang,main gas Yin and Yang,yin and Yang,yin and Yang in Tian Yin and Yin and Yang(P>0.05);blood stasis,qi stagnation and Qi deficiency are at different birth time.There was no statistical significance in the distribution difference between the spring and the spring(P>0.05),and the difference in the distribution of the Yang deficiency in the spring was statistically significant(P<0.05).The most significant(24.7%)was born in the sun cold water and the Taiyin wet soil in spring year(24.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the spring year,there was a minimum difference(8.2%)between the Yin wind and Mu Si Tian and Shao Yang phase fire,and there was a significant difference in the distribution of springs in other years(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The formation of endometriosis is closely related to physical fitness.The top four are Yang deficiency,blood stasis,qi stagnation and Qi deficiency.2.There was a negative correlation between the incidence of endometriosis and the time of birth.The formation of the heavenly stem,the major transport,the main gas,the passenger gas and the spring are all related to the formation of the physique of the endometriosis.The production of Yang deficiency is positively related to the sun in the sun cold water and the wet soil in the Taiyin,and is negatively related to the spring of the syncope and the Shaoyang.
