Objectives To realize the level and influencing factors of the psychosocial adaptation to illness and in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods Have Chosen 462 acute coronary syndrome(ACS)patients from the Tangshan Kailuan General Hospital in October 2016 to September 2017,using the disease psychosocial adaptation self-evaluation Scale(PAIS – SR),Depression Scale,Social Support Rating Scale,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,Barthel Index and General self-intended patient status questionnaire as research tools to analyze the level and influencing factors of disease psychosocial adaptation in patients with acute coronary syndrome.The Excel 2007 software was applied to establish database,and the SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze the data.In single factor analysis,t-test was adopted for the two classifications,and F-test was adopted for multiple classification.Multivariate analysis adopts multiple linear regression analysis.Results 1 The PAIS-SR score of 462 patients with acute coronary syndrome ranged from 16 to 99,and the average score was 53.89 ± 17.25.The level of psychosocial adaptation was lower than middle.The PAIS-SR score of male patients was 55.43 ± 18.26,and that of female patients was 50.73 ± 14.53.The level of male patients was poorer than that of female patients.The PAIS-SR score of middle-aged patients was 49.03 ±14.66,and that of elderly patients was 55.59 ± 17.78.The level of elderly patients was poorer than that of middle-aged patients.2 Single-factor analysis showed: gender,age,children,occupation,education,health care type,monthly income,body mass,activity,diet,sleep,constipation or not,personality,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,diabetes,disease classification,the degree of self-care ability,chest pain,chest pain duration,the number of infarct vessel segment,the left anterior descending stenosis degree,degree of left coronary artery stenosis,stents,positive coping styles,stress,social support,negative coping styles were related to the psychosocial adaptation of patients with ACS,(P < 0.05).3 Multi-factor analysis showed: life self-care ability,exercise habit,body mass,heart support,pressure,health insurance type,constipation,positive coping,social support,chest pain,disease classification,hypertension were related to the psychosocial adaptation of patients with ACS(P < 0.05).Conclusions 1 The level of psychosocial adaptation in patients with ACS was in the lower than middle.Among them,the level of the elderly patients was lower than that of the middle-aged patients,and the level of the male patients was lower than that of the female patients.2 Life self-care ability,exercise habit,body mass,heart support,pressure,health insurance type,constipation,positive coping,social support,chest pain,disease classification,hypertension are influencing factors of the psychosocial adaptation of patients with ACS(P<0.05).
