Objectives To investigate the effect of psycho-cardiology treatment on quality of life and major adverse cardiac events in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods We selected 120 patients who admitted in the Department of Cardiology in Tangshan Gongren Hospital during from January 2017 to June 2017.The condition was that patients who were diagnosed with ACS by coronary angiography and successfully completed percutaneous coronary intervention. We randomly divide into observation group and control group each with 60 cases. Both groups performed PHQ-9,GAD-7,and SAQ questionnaires before the experiment, and recorded general information. The Gensini score was based on the coronary angiography report. The control group was given conventional treatment including antiplatelet aggregation, dilation of coronary artery, nutrient myocardium, etc. The observation group was given psycho-cardiology treatment, that is,cognitive behavior therapy and relaxation training based on conventional treatment.Patients were followed up by telephone for 6 months after operation. We re-examined PHQ-9,GAD-7,and SAQ questionnaires, and asked about the frequency of relaxation training, and recorded major adverse cardiac events. Results After the Spearman correlation analysis of the results of the two groups of PHQ-9 and Gensini scores, the depression status of patients with ACS was positively correlated with coronary artery stenosis(r=0.215,P=0.018);After the Spearman correlation analysis of the results of the two groups of GAD-7 and Gensini scores, the anxiety status of patients with ACS was positively correlated with coronary artery stenosis(r=0.657,P<0.001);After 6 months of follow-up: There was a significant difference between the two group about the difference of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 before and after the experiment(P<0.05);There was a significant difference that the difference before and after the experiment in the limits of physical activity,in the stability of angina pectoris,in the severity of angina pectoris,in the satisfaction of treatment,in the cognitive of the disease(P<0.05).and the absolute value of the difference in the observation group was greater than the control group. The results showed that the observation group improved better than the control group in the limits of physical activity,in the stability of angina pectoris,in the severity of angina pectoris,in the satisfaction of treatment,in the cognitive of the disease. The cumulative incidence of MACE in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5.00% vs 16.67%),with significant difference(P<0.05).During the 6 months of followup, there was one malignant arrhythmia respectively in two groups, but target vessel revascularization and cardiac death did not occur in two groups, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Only one case occurred in the control group about the recurrent myocardial infarction and stroke, there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of recurrent angina was lower than that of the control group(3.33% vs 11.67%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 The more severe the degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with ACS,the more severe the degree of anxiety and depression;2 After psycho-cardiology treatment can significantly relieve the anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life of patients with ACS;3 psycho-cardiology treatment can reduce the recent(6 Month)of major adverse cardiac events.
