Multivariate Analysis Of Hematuria Caused By Indwelling Double J Tube After Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy

Objective: To analyze the multifactorial causes of hematuria caused by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy indwelling double J tubes,aiming to elucidate the independent risk factors causing hematuria after indwelling double J tubes,and to provide patients with indwelling double J tube after surgery.For scientific,reasonable clinical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation guidance.Methods: A total of 144 patients with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and indwelling dual-J tubes were collected from October 2015 to September 2017 in our urology department.The patients were matched for gender,age,double J tube,and ureteral length and thickness.Degree,preoperative and postoperative urinary tract infections,location and load of stones,intraoperative damage,operative time,postoperative activity and other factors and hematuria were analyzed by univariate analysis and retained statistically significant factors.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to screen out and indwell individual hematuria-related risk factors after double J tubes.Results:Univariate analysis showed that except for preoperative urinary tract infection and age factors,there were significant differences in hematuria between the other groups(all P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis of statistically significant factors found that gender,stone load,double J tube length and ureteral matching,intraoperative injury,ureteroscopy thickness used,postoperative urinary tract infection and activity may be caused The independent risk factors of hematuria in patients with upper urinary tract calculi and laser lithotripsy indwelling double J tubes(all P<0.05).Conclusion: Among the factors widely considered to be related to hematuria after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy with double J tube placement,gender,stone load,matching degree of double J tube and ureter,intraoperative injury,ureteral diameter,and surgery The effects of posterior urinary tract infection and postoperative activity are more precise and may play a major role.
