| Objective:The feasibility of predicting the difficulty of holmium laser lithotripsy in ureteroscopy was discussed to provide a sientific basis for estimating the length of macadam in the preoperative. Methods:The patients with ureteral calculi were selected from 43 patients who met the study requirements from 2014 to 2017,abdominal NCHCT examination was performed before surgery, the longest diameter(cm)and the CT value(hu)range of the calculus were obtained directly in the examination results. To check the patient related cases and obtain the operation time in the anaesthesia record list. The average CT value of the speciments and objective indicators(the longest diameter of the operation time /calculus)was analyzed. Results:The correlation coefficient of the patients with ureteral calculi(mean CT value)and(the longest diameter of the operation)was 0.927,p=0.000,it is believed that there is a significantlinear correlation between the two. Conclusion:The average CT value of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy were positively associated with the degree of difficulty, the higher the average CT value prompt calculi, difficulty of gravel, the greater the corresponding the gravel and the longer required. |
