Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Peri-menopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Due To Asthenia Of Both The Spleen And Kidney By Using Guben Hemostatic Prescription And Medroxy Progesterone Acetate

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of guben hemostatic prescription combined with angong progesterone in the treatment of two deficiency types of spleen and kidney after perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,the curative effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of this disease and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease are discussed,providing new research ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal gongxue.methods:60 cases of peri-menopausal hemostatic patients conforming to the intaking standard were selected,and 30 cases of the group of treatment group and the control group were individually applied to the treatment group of the hemostatic therapy group with the combination of the rhidroxanone and the control group of the imiloxanone.Respectively in the two groups after three months in a row,observe the recent hemostatic effects of two groups of curative effect,adjust the menstrual cycle,improve the syndromes,and measured before and after treatment respectively prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),hemoglobin(Hb)and the changes of endometrial thickness,and followed up for 3 months after treatment of relapse.Results:1.Recent hemostatic efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%,and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Improvement of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 90.0%,which was significantly better than the control group of 73.3%(P<0.05).The total score of TCM symptoms in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Laboratory indicators: both Hb levels of the two groups were increased after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).PT,APTT,treatment group were shorter,compared with before treatment differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group,PT,APTT,there was no statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment between the two way comparative differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the endometrial thickness of both groups decreased,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Adjustment of menstrual cycle and recurrence rate: adjusted the efficacy of the menstrual cycle,the total effective of the treatment group was 93.3%,the control group was76.7%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 13.3% in the three months after treatment and36.7% in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Thrift hemostatic joint provera treatment of spleen and kidney two blood deficiency type perimenopausal skill with good comprehensive clinical curative effect,in improving perimenopausal syndromes and adjust the menstrual cycle has obvious advantages,its mechanism may be related to by improving the anemia and blood coagulation function,adjusting the neuroendocrine and immune function and promote endometrium from falling out,and the recurrence rate is low,no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,worthy of clinical promotion.
