| Purpose:Meta-analyze the literature on the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type diabetic nephropathy by using traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions and pure western medicine to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the application of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions and simple western medicine therapy on spleen and kidney yang deficiency type diabetic nephropathy.Material and method:Search the CNKI database(VIP),Wanfang Medical Network,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Pubmed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Science Direct database to find out about the application of Chinese medicine compound The clinical literature on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency,the literature is screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the quality is evaluated,and effective data are extracted.For the 10-year period from January 2011 to December 2020,all publicly published randomized controlled trials(RCTs)in Chinese and English related to the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type diabetic nephropathy with Chinese herbal compound prescriptions,using the Cochrane Evaluation Manual The Revman Manger 5.3 statistical software provided by 5.1.0 is used for Meta analysis of systematic reviews.Results:1.Meta-analysis of Chinese herbal compound in treating diabetic nephropathy of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.1.1Included in the literature: A total of 15 RCT trials that meet the criteria were included.The intervention method of the treatment group was the control group treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and the control group intervention method was simply the application of western medicine.Therapy,the number of samples totaled 1163,the number of samples in the treatment group totaled 580 cases,and the number of samples in the control group totaled 583
