Research The Drug Law Of Treatment Of Endometriosis With Chinese Traditional Medicine Basing On Literature Study

Objective:Sorting the literatures of the recent 10 years about the treatment of endometriosis?endometriosis,EMT?by traditional Chinese medicine?TCM?,thus analyzing the principles of TCM on EMT,and providing effective and accurate drug selection for EMT treatment.Methods:Retrieving relative literatures about EMT treated by TCM from January 2007 to December 2017 indexed by China periodical Full-text Database?CNKI?,Whipple Chinese periodical databases and Wanfang data base.The data was processed by frequency analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis to summarize the medication regularity of EMT treated by TCM.Results:1.Literature statistics.A total of 1018 literatures were retrieved in this study.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the unqualified documents were excluded,and 154 articles were finally included.2.Statistics on the frequency of drug use and its nature,flavour and viscera tropism.The statistic results showed that blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs are the most frequently used,followed by deficiency medicine,heat-clearing medicine,qi-regulating drugs and hemostatic medicine.The channel tropism of medicine is mainly to liver.Chinese herbs are given pungent and sweet in taste and warm in nature.3.Clustering analysis resultsThe results showed that there were mainly Myrrha and Sanguis Draconis,Cortex Moutan Radicis and Caulis Sargentodoxae,Radix Codonopsis and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Ramulus Cinnamomi and Poria,Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Semen Persicae and Rhizoma Cyperi,Rhizoma Curcumae,Rhizoma Sparganii;The cluster of 3 flavor medicine are mainly Myrrha and Sanguis Draconis and Flos Carthami,Spina Gleditsiae and Radix Linderae and Radix Bupleuri,Herba Epimedii and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and Semen Cuscutae,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Paeoniae Alba and Ligustici Chuanxiong,Faeces Togopteri and Pollen Typhae and Rhizoma Corydalis,Rhizoma Curcumae and Rhizoma Sparganii and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae;The cluster of 5 flavor medicine are mainly Radix Notoginseng and Spica Prunellae and Hirudo and Radix Codonopsis and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Pollen Typhae and Faeces Togopteri and Rhizoma Cyperi and Rhizoma Corydalis and Semen Persicae.The main efficacy of the drug ware removing blood stasis and relieving pain,activating Qi and resolving masses,warming-invigorating the kidney and benefiting Qi.4.Factor analysis ResultsThe results showed that the corresponding drugs of 12 factors were:(F₁:Rhizome Cyperi,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Semen Cuscutae,Herba Epimedii,Radix Rehmanniae;F₂:Rhizoma Curcumae,Rhizoma Sparganii;F₃:Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Notoginseng,Spica Prunellae;F₄:Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Semen Persicae,Flos Carthami,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata;F₅:Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong;F₆:Myrrha,Sanguis Draconis;F₇:Rhizoma Corydalis,Faeces Togopteri,Pollen Typhae;F₈:Rhizoma Corydalis,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae;F₉:Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Cyperi,Spina Gleditsiae;F₁₀:Hirudo,Spica Prunellae;F₁₁:Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Codonopsis;F₁₂:Cortex Moutan Radicis).The results showed that the main function of the drug was removing blood stasis and relieving pain,activating Qi and resolving masses,warming-invigorating the kidney and benefiting Qi.Conclusions:1.“Stasis”is the basic syndrome factor of EMT.The pathological properties are caused by deficiency of blood stasis and because of the actual stasis,and many pathological factors are related to stasis and deficiency.2.The TCM treatment of EMT is mainly removing blood stasis and relieving pain,benefiting Qi and promoting blood circulation,warming-invigorating the kidney and dispelling cold.Chinese herbs are mainly given sweet for Supplement,pungent for divergenting,warm in nature for dispelling cold and The channel tropism of medicine is mainly to liver.3.Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Curcumae,Rhizoma Corydalis,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Sparganii,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizome Cyperi,Semen Persicae are drugs with a higher frequency to treat endometriosis.4.The common medicine for treating endometriosis are Myrrha and Sanguis Draconis,Cortex Moutan Radicis and Caulis Sargentodoxae,Radix Codonopsis and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Ramulus Cinnamomi and Poria,Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Paeoniae.
