Bibliometric Analysis On Treatment Of Endometriosis By Traditional Chinese Medicine And Data-mining Of The Regularities Of Compound Herbal Formulae

Objective Based on the literature has been published of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)for Endometriosis,to explore the trend for development and changes of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometriosis,to regularities of drugs used in the clinical conservative treatment of endometriosis.Methods Searching CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP,Sinomed and Pubmed databases,get the literatures of TCM treatment of endometriosis in clinic.Using the method of bibliometrics?data-mining system and Cite Space V,analyze the external features analysis and internal character.Based on these results to discuss the research status of the disease and the regular of using medicine and acupuncture points.To provide the references of clinic and research.Results A total of 952 literatures on the treatment of endometriosis with TCM in accordance with the standard were obtained.Results of external features analysis:(1)The number of publications in the literature is generally increasing;(2)The TCM literatures are from 30 provinces\cities\autonomous regions,and Jiangsu province published the most papers among the 31 regions;(3)The literatures cover 264 journals,Shanxi Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine published 36 papers.Results of internal character analysis:(1)The etiology and pathogenesis from the literatures is related to blood stasis blocked in vital channel ?ren channel and uterus.Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,cold coagulation syndrome are the common pattern of syndromes.(2)Primary treatment principle is removing blood stasis.On the basis of the different causes,it can be treated with promoting qi,heat,warming and other methods.(3)Fifty-six classical prescriptions are involved in all the literatures,which are divided into prescriptions for activating blood and removing stasis,including Shaofuzhuyu Decoction and Xufuzhuyu Decoction and so on.And Replenishing qi and blood,including Siwu Decoctiond and so on.(4)All of 952 literatures use 364 kinds of Chinese medicine are involved.The main herbs of oral therapy are Angelica,Chishao,Ezhu,Taoren,Danshen.The main herbs of enema therapy are Ezhu,Sanleng,Danshen,Chishao,Baijiangcao,while the main herbs of external application therapy are Bohe,Dahuang,Sanleng,Ezhu,Ruxiang.The common drug pairs are Ezhu—Sanleng,Angelica—Chishao,Ruxiang—Moyao,Baijiangcao—Daxueteng.?5 On the whole,43 acupuncture points are involved.The main acupuncture points are Guanyuan,Zhongji,Sanyinjiao,Zigong,Qihai,Zusanli..Conclusions:(1)The integral trends of all literatures are on the rise.The research about endometriosis is scattered.There was no obvious geographic correlation;(2)The study of the disease is gradually transferred from a single Chinese medicine to the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.In clinic,the traditional Chinese medicine and the external treatment method are used to combine the medicine of western medicine and the laparoscopic operation to continuously improve the curative effect and reduce the recurrence rate.Nearly three years,the research hotpot is “invigorating kidney and removing blood stasis”.The main syndrome is dysmenorrhea;(3)In clinic,the causes of endometriosis are related to emotional pathogenesis,congenital deficiency,surgical trauma,pathogenic factors.The common syndromes are syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,syndrome of kidney deficiency blood stasis and syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis.The therapy are based on promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis.According to the different aetiologies,the others therapies are regulating qi to alleviate pain,tonifying kidney and warming meridian to expel cold and so on.In clinic,Shaofuzhuyu Decoction,Xufuzhuyu Decoction,Wenjing Decoction and Shixiao Powder are usually used to treat the disease;(4)The main herbs of oral therapy are Danggui,Cshishao,Ezhu,Taoren,Danshen.Yan Husuo and Xiangfu are regulating qi and alleviating pain.Pangolin,Sanleng and Aulastomum gulo are reducing swelling.The main herbs of enema therapy are Ezhu,Sanleng,Chishao,Danshen,compatibility of Baijiangcao,Daxueteng,Zaojiaoci,Ruxiang,Moyao.The main herbs of external application therapy are basis on Ezhu,Sanleng compatibility of Guizhi,Bohe;(5)Selecting the acupuncture points on the treatment of acupuncture,moxibustion and external application therapy,the main acupuncture points are Guanyuan,Zhongji,Qihai compatibility of Zigong,Zusanli,Tianshu by reinforcing and reducing methods to enhance local treatment.
